How do we know Elizabeth Edwards has been asked to join the cast? Do you have a link?

I admire Elizabeth Edwards a great deal, but I think she has enough on her plate, what with her health and all.

Especially if she gets, like, Maks as a partner. Someone Howard might see as a threat. She looks really, really tall – either Maks or Dimitri, I think.

John – excellent point. I am not thrilled about the proposition either.

Agent #8’s – I have never heard the Elizabeth Edwards rumor. She is an incredible woman, but I can’t imagine, given her health and family situation, that she would be interested. Yet, it would increase her book sales.

Elizabeth Edwards. We know she has been asked to join the cast. She is debating if her health is good enough to compete and she is also scared of making a fool of herself! WE WOULD VOTE FOR HER! She deserves to win! Keeping our fingers crossed that she joins!

Interesting choice. She may be in over her head. Being a “big fan’ of the show does not make one competitive. Then again, she will have all of Stern’s listeners to vote for her so it may not matter.

I am still predicting a surprise – Aaron Carter will out dance them all. He is younger, and practically a professional dancer. It may also help that he and Cody Linley are friends, for a little help coaching.

Ray J, if he is on, like Aaron Carter, will likely out dance many of the others as well.

But I also KNOW both Olympian, Greg Louganis and American Gladiator, Beth “Venom” Horn — both of whom have expressed sincere interest in being on the show and who have a lot of fans backing them — would out dance many of the people rumored to be on DWTS 9 based on their work ethic and athletic ability. They both have the down home charm to win over fans.

But fan support/ratings are just as important as ability so all bets are off.

It should be a GREAT SEASON!
