Derek, Cheryl and Tom Bergeron at Disney’s D23 Expo
I put this up at Pure Derek Hough then realized maybe it should be here too, because of Cheryl and Tom – and the fact that this is a great dance by these two pros. They prove yet again that they are very hot together, and I think Derek really helps emphasize how great a dancer that Cheryl is. Is it just me or does Derek set himself up for one of his flip runs and changes his mind at the last minute? Smart move if he was off or the floor was too slick – you can really get hurt going through flips like that when you’re not set properly.
ETA: Sorry, needed to take this down. You can email me if you need or want an explanation.

This song would work really well as a West Coast Swing song
I don’t know if you pay attention to Pure Derek Hough, but one of the commenters, with the name “Papa B” (ahem), says the song is by Mark and Derek. I bellieve Derek is singing. I didn’t notice until I was told, but once I was it sure does sound like Derek, albeit at a slightly lower octave than his previous songs.
Yes, this is supposedly on the new album which is due out later this year.
You can tell they went and used that auto tune to make that somewhat distorted voice style. I like it and it sounds like Derek to me.
Yeah, there’s a bit of pro-tool action going on, but that fits with the style of music. I think Derek has a great voice sans the tools.
sytycd won Outstanding Costumes on the emmys, how this is possible , the costumes on sytycd are so ugly, are those people blind or something,
And Tyce Diorio won Outstanding Choreography for Adam and Eve/Silence featuring Jessica and Will , i didn’t like this dance at all ,for all the nominees this piece is my least favorite.

new dwts comercial ,really cool
Alot goes into winning an Emmy. I heard a lot of talk about how Nigel Lithgow did some SERIOUS campaigning for Tyce Diorio. And sometimes, that’s what it takes.
Ah well, DWTS will likely tear SYTYCD a new one when it comes to ratings. We’ll see.
