DWTS Music Suggestions
Time again to get ready to list all of the music from Dancing with the Stars as we’ve done in past years. We’ll be updating the list of Dancing with the Stars music here. That said, below I’m going to make a list of music suggestions that could be cool to hear on Dancing with the Stars.

I have so much music that would work on the show since I ballroom dance. Sometimes, and I know this isn’t all Harold Wheeler’s fualt but I could do better in choosing music. It just annoys me about the music most of the time.

I agree that they could choose better music. In fact, I think they should do away with the live band. The music is better on SYTYCD than DWTS and they don’t use a live band.
So, which songs do you wish Harold Wheeler would use?

Nice list. I love the Elisa song that Lacey did on SYTYCD. Only problem is that the live band might have a problem doing it justice.

Oh and I suggest they do away with the band. Tonight’s performance of No Doubt’s It’s My Life
killed me. It’s time to do away with the live band.

John, actually I disagree about using the live band. Having danced to a Live band, I find it actually much easier than canned music.
And Frankly, I hate the music choices on that show (I hate that show). I think they’re worse than DWTS.
I have so many (almost 18,000 songs in my itunes
), my Rumba list is ridiculously long… Now granted I’m always searching for new music because I help DJ for ballroom dances, but it would take me so long to list all the songs I’d love to see on the show.

I enjoy dancing to a live band as well. The experience when you’re there live is great when the band is live. Not sure I see a difference in dancing to either of the 2. However, all we are basically getting is the recording of the live band on the TV anyway. Plus, the live band has slaughtered so many songs that I’d rather have the recorded music.

18k songs is a lot of songs. Wow!! Of course, the show often relies on newer songs. Adds to the production of the show I think. I like to see how the pros interpret different songs.
Can you tell me the name of the song the guys did the group dance to on Monday night? I liked it!
I tried to download the songs from itunes, but can’t in Canada – if anyone can tell me the name of the song that Ashley Hamilton did his latin dance to, I would appreciate it! Thanks ; )

While I like the show the music dosen’t always fit the dance
, fomerly of the Mavericks. He is the best male volcalist I have heard and his cuban background would make some of the latin dances even beter, especially “Every Little Thing”
