The other day we updated you on a new ABC ’39 second’ teaser for the new Season. Well, now ABC has released a ’1 minute 34 second’ commercial with the full cast. The ending is hilarious. Watch this to see what I mean. This has to be one of the best commercials they’ve ever had. What do you think?
I'm a fashion and music nut....and I have always loved dancing too of any kind. Dancing With The Stars seems to have this way of bringing all of those things together. Derek Hough (one of my favorite dancers) said at a recent Get Healthy event that ‘dancing’ is an outward expression of what is going on inside you. He says that in some ways, everyone dances and it's so true. To TPTB, how about Sam Palladio's "Fade Into You" (this version sung by WilUnleashed) for a V. Waltz?

Loved it!! Definitely their best promo commercial I’ve seen yet! Kirstie is hilarious…”What?!?” (feigning annoyance) and Maks in his true “let’s not waste time” fashion: It’ll have to do. hahahahaha.
the ads this season have been great – you get a chance to see snippets of their pesonalities, great campaign. Have they done this in past seasons? I remember them promoting who was on the show, but more just in a version of their show intro pieces….
They have to step up their game to compete with American Idol – they’re not directly against each other, but everyone wants to win the week. Gonna be tough, since AI seems to have gotten a new grove.
So true Heidi! The Americna idol promos have been amazingly over the top this year! I love them and how digital they are! DWTS definitely needed to step up their game to compete.

I meant they have to be clever to draw in views this season to keep the ratings up so they can try to beat AI, not that they are trying to have ads as good as AI.
AI was so strong early in the season (although I read they took a 16 point dip this past week) due to new judges giving it a whole fresh feel and it will likely stay strong. So, DWTS needs to get those ratings up. AI’s likely dip was attributed to the first good week of weather in many parts of the country – which is usually why the spring season of DWTS is somewhat lower than the fall season.
The promos are great! Season 12 don’t dissappoint me!
