Maksim Chmerkovskiy Wants a Dancing With The Stars Partner Who Wants To Dance And Have Fun
Ok, so this isn’t much, but, if you are like me of your favorite artists and dancers, any scrap will do. lol Below is PopTvDotCom capturing a few stars dining out in Hollywood last night with Maks and Tony being a few of them. Sometimes “Henry” (this guy kills me, lol) can get them to dish on some things. However, not this time. Maks tells him he knows better than to ask some questions. He keeps saying, “Really really?” to the things Henry asks. But, Maks also reveals he doesn’t care who he dances with next Season just so “they want to do it and have fun”. Maks always manages to look so handsome and effortlessly chic and sexy, even when he’s casually dressed. So fine!
Has Maks ALWAYS had a giant ego? It’s kind of super annoying.
Cade, in a way, they all have an “ego” or they wouldn’t be in this business in the first place and be able to survive. I agree that Maks has sometimes had some ego issues, but, not this past Season. There’s been a big change in him for the better. People grow up.

I don’t get what part of this interviews shows Maks to have a super ego – what did I miss? I get the feeling that Maks has a specific reason for coming back for Season 13 – otherwise he probably wouldn’t be there in September. He sounds to me like he’s pretty ready to move on and isn’t willing to invest too much emotionally in winning anymore (easy enough to understand given how much he invested himself with Mel B., Brandy and Kirstie, yet to come so close but no trophy). He may have just decided to just invest in having fun with his partner and taking her as far as she realistically can go in the competition and just go with the flow. But nothing he said here sounded egotistical to me. But that’s just my opinion.
