Chynna Phillips And Tony Dovolani Dancing With The Stars 13 Elimination Interviews (Videos)
Below are some new interviews with Tony and Chynna after their elimination last night with On The Red Carpet, Access Hollywood, ET, Good Morning America, and Jimmy Kimmel LIVE. They tell their thoughts on their elimination. She talks of her donations, her future plans for an album, and more. Maks has a few words to say in their defense in the second interview. The other couples do as well in the third interview. Billy Baldwin is really upset over the elimination which you can watch in the 4th and 5th interviews (I’d sure like to see him do the show in the future, would you?).

Chynna is awesome! Going to miss her
I haven’t even watched the video yet, but the screencap for the Jimmy Kimmel interview is hilarious. 🙂
I honestly like Tony and they shouldn’t have been eliminated, but why is it he always throws the other couples under the bus when he gets eliminated?
“we were the couple that got along” “that’s not interesting apparently”
I get that you are dissappointed Tony, but you don’t have to drag the other couples into it.
I feel bad for Tony, this was the season he thought he had a chance. But I do agree with Gitte, sometimes Tony comes off somewhat bitter. Did he really say to Billy about *the snipping*…. Geez Tony!
Tony, Maks and Louis all have a history of throwing other couples under the bus, and Mark started to pick it up too – I find it in rather poor taste. Maks has gotten over it, I think, but apparently his bff hasn’t. Gee, Tony, you never fought – maybe THAT was the problem, eh?? Derek and Ricki had a rough week – and look how that turned out.
Where the hell was this “Kimmel” personality when she was actually on DWTS? Dang woman!
I think she was drunk during Kimmel.
Funny that Tony didn’t go to kimmel, but was seen out and about LA.
Cori, I wonder too? In fact (and I’ve been wondering this since before the season started), why didn’t Chynna and Tony do more promo work and interviews? They didn’t do even half as much as the other couples have. Big BIG MISTAKE!!
Vogue, Is it up to the couples how much promo work they do? Could it just be a case of nobody asking for them because there were bigger fish in the pond to go after? That sounds harsh, but I don’t mean it as a dig at Chynna/Tony; more of a dig at the various media outlets.
Cidra, that is very possible too!
I’m sure gonna miss Chynna. She shouldve been in the finals. I hope Tony actually wins for a change. Xhynnas elimination reminds me of Audrina. Audrina was a great dancer and out of the blue was eliminated. The out of the blue part isn’t true for Chynna but tge great dancer part was. I’m positive they wouldve killed it next week if they made it through. It’s a shame we won’t see any more out of them until the finale. I wish my friends dream about Nancy going home instead of Chynna was true.
i really feel so bad for Chynna – she really had potential, had beautiful lines, and it was too early for her departure. Worst is that I’m sure she is blaming herself, when i don’t believe it was her blanking out that sent her home, but more her (lack of) fanbase. I like Tony, but I think he is in desperate need of a break – he’s burned out, and i get the impression he may be putting too much pressure, on himself and on his partners, to win. It’s almost starting to look like he feels as though he is owed a win. That kind of attitude usually spells disaster for actually winning.
i think similar to Maks and Brandy – she was so desperate to win, for herself and for Maks, that she couldn’t get that out of her head long enough to really relax into the dancing, feel the moment. I agree with Irish – you’ve got to enjoy the moment, live the dance, love the experience, no matter the outcome.
I just saw Chynna and Tony on The View and they the Tango. All I can say WOW. it was 10 worthy.
Now we’re stock with Chazz and Nancy. BOOOOOOOO! Take that America!
* They did the Tango.
Why didn’t she bring this personality to the show?
Maybe, as Linde speculates above, Tony’s to blame.
Linde, I hate to say it because I like Tony, but, I’m starting to think he needs a break too.
Jennifer, gladly!!! I have loved Chaz and Nancy being on the show!! Though, I’m preparing myself (like Heidi warned of in another thread). The judges are going to start getting really tough soon. I know their time is limited and maybe and rightfully so? We will see?
