Pee-wee Herman To Do Dancing With The Stars Season 14??
I had a hard time deciding whether to post this news or not, but, since Perez Hilton has a fairly good reputation of disclosing possible celebrities to dance on Dancing With The Stars, this possible contender for Season 14 can’t be ignored. Pee-wee Herman! Below is a quote from an inside source.
I just heard Pee-Wee Herman signed with DWTS for next season. He has been back stage twice watching the show this season. I personally heard him say he was vying for a spot next season.
So, what do you think? Yes or No to Pee Wee dancing on the show next season if this information comes true?
I think Pee-wee would be a major hoot. I’d be all for it!!
WIll it be Pee Wee or Paul Reubens? Pee Wee can dance but Paul Reubens can act.
I am against the “controversial contestant” angle just on principle. If Pee-wee Herman comes on, this will be another major battle over his past arrest, and it will distract from the dancing, just as the “controversy” over Chaz and Bristol distracted the public from the dancing. I only watch the show for the dancing, not the controversy or the politics. It’s frustrating and annoying to me to wade through all of the warfare surrounding a “controversial contestant” when all I want to do is see great dancing and entertainment. So, Pee-wee gets a “no” from me. Just my two cents.
I hope he does it as Paul Ruebens…saw him in a couple of “regular” roles and he was quite impressive. I personally think he’ll do it as PR.

I find it hard to believe any celeb is signed this early unless your a MAJOR star. Of which PEE WEE is not. From what I have read about some of the other celebs is that you have the interview process then they call you back sometime later. JR did not find out until July that he was on the show.
Count me out on the Pee Wee love train, No Thanks. Just his opening package would drive me bonkers.

He would definitely be a great participant–he’s a talented performer and fulfills my definition of a star.
But others might be right that he would be used as the season’s “headline maker” or “controversial news maker”, which I wouldn’t be interested in watching.
I’m on the fence about this possibility. On one hand, he is a hoot and probably would be a Carson for season 14 but the downside is if he does it as apulr eubens not a lot of people will know him and if he does it as Pee Wee he potentionally could get annoying real fast to some people.
No, Pee Wee Herman for me . He has a shady past. Something to do with molesting. He should not be on a show like this. If you have him on I’m out for the season. He comes with to many things in his bag. Not a good role model for DWTS.
