It’s no wonder why so many of the celebrities lose weight when they burn 250 calories an hour while rehearsing 30+ hours a week. They owe the weight loss to the Dancing With The Stars diet as well. Ummmm, Marie Osmond lost 40 pounds? Maybe some of that was from dancing but the rest was from her weight loss program… Just a tad off with that statement I think.
