I have a feeling we’re in for some surprises too? For one, Ralph Macchio and Dmitry Chaplin have been seen going into the rehearsal studios this week as well. Maybe it’s nothing, maybe it’s not?

I don’t know about Dmitry – maybe a pro dance?
But I think Ralph was there to give support to J.R. and give advice on how to keep going with an injury. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Ralph in J.R. and Karina’s package on monday.

Dmitry is doing a pro dance with Peta, Kym and Val to Lady Antebellum on tuesday. So that’s that mystery solved.

From what I’ve heard, Dmitry’s replaced Tristan in a pro dance with Peta, Val and Kym. No idea why yet.
Probably Gitte’s right, and Ralph is going to “mentor” JR on dancing through an injury. But I agree with Zach – he’d also look good dancing with Dmitry! LOL!!!

No idea… he’s doing his dance with Nancy and then the dance with the full cast.
I’m glad Dmitry’s coming back, but yeah, would have liked to have seen another pro from this season doing the pro dance…maybe Tony or Mark. Just my 2c.

Good idea re: Tristan, but Val and Kym would have to practise with their partners also, and don’t tell me that Nancy needs more practice than Elizabetta! LOL
Hasn’t there been talk about Tristan’s back being bad? Maybe it’s wise that he only does what he HAS to do and no extras?
Tristan did have to sit out the all-male pro dance earlier in the season due to a back injury – but I think it was really just more of a precaution at the time. Maybe he’s somehow exacerbated it.
You can see Tristan being rather careful in the pro dance he did this past week, Evaine – his hip action suffers toward the end. I think he tweaked it again.
BACHATA music should be included in the Dance Repertoire …and there are great Bachata songs for 2011…is a basic dance sequence of a full 8 count in a side-to-side motion..great movements…
