Derek Hough Says The Standard Is Going To Be High On This Season Of Dancing With The Stars

It’s been an “exciting” and “insane” week for Derek Hough and his Dancing With The Stars partner Maria Menounos so far. Derek dished on it a little on Good Day LA on Thursday. Derek says he had to teach Maria how to walk. He describes why “walking” is so important when dancing. Fascinating and so true. Derek also summarizes what the cast for season 14 is going to be like. “Everybody is going to be really good,” he says. From what he’s seen and heard, “the standard is going to be very high!” I am happy to hear that, are you? I want to see a season of really good dancing and not so much drama.
