William Levy Says Learning To Dance Is The Hardest Thing He’s Ever Done (Rehearsal Video)
William Levy tells Extra that learning to dance for Dancing With The Stars is the hardest thing he’s ever done…even versus any sports he’s learned to do and played in the past. He’s not liking the “heels” he has to wear. Cheryl says he’s doing really well and he just needs to get use to the technique. He’s a quick learner and she feels she’s lucked out. Their chemistry is soooo cute, not to mention sexy. See if you don’t agree? Cheryl also says she thinks this season will be the most competitive!! Lots more below of Team Fuego (Fire!)!

“I’ll just dance around you.”
Yes, Cheryl, that’s exactly what I expect.
Fun interview! I hope these two have fun and dance well. They look so good together, at least they have the Team Fuego “look”, if nothing else!
Was it just me, or did anyone else have trouble understanding some of his words. Could be a problem.
I guess he thought he would just stand there and look pretty while Cheryl danced around him. Not sure how long they will last, we shall see.
Liked the interview!
I am so curious to see them dancing!
P.S. Does the Extra girl really thought that he was serious when he said: “No pressure!”?
@Sandy
Really? He has an accent for sure, but I can understand him very well. I might lost only two words in the whole interview, but I think he speaks English very well.
And yes, he said that he thought he would just stand and leave Cheryl dance around him because he heard that she won 2 times! (btw…I think he was only joking when he was saying that!) But when he started rehearsaling, he realized that it’s nothing like that!
I think I’m warming up to this couple (no pun intended, actually). I find them very natural with each other, and I love his self-deprecating Hispanic humour. “I thought I’d just stand there” and “No pressure”… Right. LOL. And is it just me or does he have one of the sexiest accents on this show? He’s up there with Tristan in my book.
Watch it, Andrea. If you keep slinging insults at other posters, you won’t be posting here anymore.
I think he talks kinda fast, and that’s what’s throwing me. But I just received some interesting intel – apparently Cheryl is pretty touch-feely with William during practice, and William…seems kinda uncomfortable with it.
Could be kind of funny to see how that one plays out.
He speaks very fast, but I understood him, and I think William’s accent is cute. Since I can’t speak anything except American English, I’m always impressed with people who have jobs that require them to work in another language (not an easy task).
It’ll be interesting to see how Team Fuego develops (if they get the chance). Cheryl’s a strong personality and William appears to be too; but they both seem to have the same sort of wry sense of humor.
Andrea, our philosophy here is that it’s ok to commentate on the show, the celebrities, the pros, etc – otherwise, there’d be no point in having a site at all. However, we do not permit criticizing or commenting on the other commenters. It’s not your job to police this site and make everyone love William. Sandy’s free to her opinion; you’re free to yours. But you’re not free to harass her. Got it?
Andrea, the way things here on PDWTS is that we leave it up to our “mods” to put people on notice if they post in a way that’s out of line.
Don’t know if you’re a new poster her or not. So apologies if I’m telling you something you already know.
Considering that he’s on again with his on-again-off-again GF and baby-mama, I can see why he’d be uncomfortable.
Should be interesting indeed.
I understood him too. If I didn’t or couldn’t that is ok because not everyone in this world is from America and all I care about is his dancing in the end.
PS: I’ve always been a lover of all languages. I just wish I was better at speaking them? I took two years of Spanish and was horrible at it. lol
I like him
he’s seems down to earth.
He seems very charming and has an endearing self-deprecating manner. Plus, needless to say, he is verrrry gorgeous. He & Cheryl are really cute together. As far as his accent is concerned, I’m impressed with anyone who speaks more than one language, since I can’t! I say good for him! I’m looking forward to seeing them dance, because I remember how wooden Rob K. was last season in the beginning and how far Cheryl took him in the competition. Can’t wait for Monday!
