Jack Wagner Reflects Back With Gratitude For His Time On Dancing With The Stars (Interviews)
“I’ve had a very cool ride and I’ve had a very cool partner. Ya know…you gotta reflect back on this stuff with gratitude. Life is too short. Am I sad? I’m very sad…but, I’ll take all the positives from this. I’ve got a great memory.” ~Jack Wagner with Access Hollywood
And so we say good-bye to Jack Wagner and Anna Trebunskaya on Dancing With The Stars. I don’t think there was one dry eye in the house with this loss. Though let’s hope this is only the beginning of seeing more of Jack Wagner again in the future. I know a lot of soap fans would love to see him return to General Hospital or anything else he decides to take on. His career is no where near over and his personal life couldn’t be better with the new addition to his family. So, who is the real winner here? What’s more, Jack went out in the classiest of ways with no hard feelings and nothing but great things to say for the whole cast and they on him. He’s made some great new friends. Celebrating that and his time on the show, let’s start out this day with some interviews with Jimmy Kimmel, Access Hollywood, and On The Red Carpet. We’ll post the new GMA interview as soon as we can.
ADDING: And here is Jack and Anna on Good Morning America this morning…

It’s a shame he was eliminated so soon. All the best to him and his daughter!
My heart is heavy this morning. I’m going to miss Jack and Anna so much! What a lovely gentleman and such a positive force. Wish the judges had given him the “dance credit” he deserved.
I wish they did too Cidra. Beautiful words Guys. Thanks!
The “up side” to getting voted off has got to be Jimmy Kimmel. That was really funny.
I’m still upset about this elimination, the loss of both Anna and Jack so early. It would be so much easier for me to take if I didn’t feel so strongly that the judges “helped” him off, by not giving him the “dance credit” as you say, Cidra, and by overscoring other dancers who showed less content, less precise footwork and less improvement in their performances. So another judges’ point or 2 might have made a big difference for Jack, and more “love” from the 3 of them all along – which I think he deserved – might have encouraged more viewers to vote for him.
Jack. like Donald, seemed super invested in the learning process and willing to do whatever his pro thought would help. He worked hard and was getting better, so I’m sorry that Anna has lost the op to take him further along and reap more rewards for the dedicated teacher she is. And I surely will miss Anna’s feistiness, marvelous humor, and of course. her performances. Best wishes to both Jack and Anna.
Well said Faby!
Thank you, Vogue, and I liked your intro in this post as well.
Thanks!
I’m so sorry to see Jack and Anna go. I voted for them with most of the votes that I had been using for Jaleel. Jack seemed really appreciative to be on the show and to be learning how to dance. I also loved his sense of humor. I really would have liked to have watched Jack’s journey a lot more than some others who may be better dancers but who have little or no personality. I really think Jack is someone that would have improved week after week like Rob did last year.
What a class act! Hope to see more of Jack in the future!!
Will miss Jack and Anna. It’s always a pleasure to see celebs embrace the DWTS experience as wholeheartedly as Jack did. And he even learned to tweet. LOL I was looking forward to watching him improve from week to week.
I wish there was a judges save for these two. Jack did really well and had potential to grow.
