Dancing With The Stars 14 Entertainment and Dancing Information for Week 7
Here are some details for the entertainment from the Orlando Sentinel this morning for Week 7 of Dancing With The Stars. They also outline the Team Dances and Dance Duel.
Violinist Joshua Bell opens the show by playing Vivaldi. Soprano prodigy Jackie Evancho, a favorite from “America’s Got Talent,” and Italian tenor Vittorio Grigolo will sing as the seven remaining couples dance.
The two-hour show, which starts at 8 p.m., will conclude with team dances. Team Paso has Melissa Gilbert, William Levy and Donald Driver. Team Tango has Katherine Jenkins, Maria Menounos, Roshon Fegan and Jaleel White.
Tuesday’s results show, at 9 p.m., brings back Gavin DeGraw, the fourth celebrity ejected this season. He will sing his new single, “Sweeter.”
In the last dance duel, the two lowest-scoring celebrities and their partners face off on the rumba. The judges will decide which one leaves, and that will be the end of that rule change this season.
And thank goodness for THAT!

Dance-off to the RUMBA! eek! well, maybe the dancing will be slow enough to see both couples at the same time.
I am still hoping that some of the classical music will be without vocals. I cant imagine an Argentine Tango with an opera singer.
getting excited for Monday – and looking forward to a double helping of CHEESECAKE!!!
Yay I had a feeling Gavin would be back somehow.
If TPTB put Team Rochee in the bottom 2 again, at least they’ve already done Rumba and know what they they got slammed on. I really enjoyed Classical Week Season 12 and am looking forward ro next week.
The only ones who have not done the rumba are Melissa and Katherine but this is her dance this week.
Deena, your right that Chelsie and Roshon have all the critiques they can use to their advantage to improve on the Rumba. No wonder they started working on the dance duel already. i thought it would be another fast dance for the dance duel but no. Hmm, gets me thinking.
I liked Classical week before but I am wondering what music will be used for the A. Tangos.
@Harriett: I’d bet $ that someohow some way TPTB will put Mellisa there with him and honestly I like rosohon’s rumba but the judges ddin’t so he would be at a huge disadvanage.
Don’t think Roshon needs to worry, the judges won’t save Melissa over anyone left.

I feel the same way unfortunately:( It could be Roshon against Jaleel, Maria, or Melissa in the dance duel. It’s interesting too that Melissa also has the A. Tango like Roshon. I dare TPTB to throw us for a loop and keep Roshon out of the bottom 3.
I think some of you are forgetting that TPTB don’t actually PUT Roshon in the bottom 3. A combination of judges scores and viewer votes do put him there. Now, if they obviously underscore him compared to everyone else, we can talk…but the fact remains that he fell into the bottom two when he had the second highest score of the night back in week…I believe it was week 4. Don’t lose sight of that little factoid in your conspiracy theories.
I know it all comes down to Roshon not getting the votes compared to the rest of the stars and that’s what leads to him being in the bottom 2. That week he was in the bottom 2 despite having the 2nd highest score we saw others making major mistakes in their dance, injuries/accidents, bad press, etc. so he got lost in the shuffle on top of not garnerning much votes (plus he had the V. Waltz to a not so classic rock song). This past week it was inevitable based on his previous bottom 2 appearance with a high score that week and the 2nd lowest score this past week that he would be in the bottom 2. I haven’t loved a team as much as Team Rochee so if they were getting the Katherine-William treatment, I would not be griping (well probably not) or making up conspiracy theories. It just one of things when I really like something, I go to extremes.
