DWTS Maria Menounos, Roshon Fegan, and William Levy Dish On Their Favorite Things About Dancing And More
Maria Menounos, Roshon Fegan, and William Levy answer some tweets from fans. They dish on their favorite things so far about dancing on Dancing With The Stars and lots more. I don’t want to ruin it for you if you haven’t seen these, so, I say no more. 🙂
Loved it! =]
The questions in spanish for William are something like:
1- Which dance style you said “I never ever could dance this!”?
R- All. But when you rehearsal and spend time on it, you can get it.
2- Which dance you liked to dance the most?
R- All of them, but, of course, specially all the latin dances as tango, salsa and the paso doble, that I haven’t dance yet. (Maybe it was recorded before last week)
Note: The sport dances aren’t common on latin america. So what we think that is “latin” is a little bit different from the sport dance “latin” styles…
(sorry about the bad english – and bad spanish! ahahaha =p)
It’s fun watching William speak so comfortably and happily in Spanish!
Oh, and Carlos, thanks so much for the translation–didn’t have a clue what he actually said.
I LOOOOOVE Spanish! It’s my favorite language and I want so much to learn it one day!!!
Thanks for the translation Carlos! I could understand the general meaning of what William was saying but your translation really helped! 🙂
Lfigenia I hear ya with the learning Spanish. Never had an interest until Willi came into my life. Pathetic I know. But I started watching Novelas with English subtitles and i am driving my family crazy. I walk around trying to speak Spanish and am learning new words everyday. I don’t think I could hold a conversation but I’m getting the idea of what is being said by reading it. It doesn’t really matter sometimes hearing the man say anything keeps my attention.
Thanks for the translation, Carlos. I love William’s Spanish too!!!
Ify, I’m so terrible at Spanish. I love the language too and took two years of it in highschool, but, I’m still so bad at it. lol
@Tracey
I was watching novelas when I was little till the age of fifteen. That’s when they started to dub them in Greek and I just lost my interest. But I am in love with the language since I was eight!!! I remember lots of words but I can’t understand everything and of course I can’t speak or hold a conversation! My sister though CAN understand almost everything and can pull it off pretty well on convos. William is her favorite and now the only novelas she is watching are his via internet…in spanish…without subtitles!!!! I tell you…I don’t understand how she does that but she does!! She never took any lessons!! I wish I could do that! 🙂
@Vogue
I wanted to take lessons too but the timing wasn’t that good and so my parents didn’t let me. It’s hard to keep up when you don’t speak or practice and maybe that’s why you are bad at it. If you start practicing, since you had some lessons, I am sure you won’t be that bad 🙂 I have the same problem with French! I was taking lessons at school for six (!) years and because I never liked it as a language and I was never really committed to it, now I can’t even understand what someone is saying in French! 🙂 LOL
I think you pegged it, Ify. At the time, I put many of my other classes first and I was seriously into tennis at the time. I think if I took the time now to refresh it and practice it more like you said, I may be able to take it up and it might all sink in better. French would be cool to learn too.
@Vogue
That’s what happens when we are doing many things at the same time. Always something is going to ‘slip out of our hands’. It would be great if you find the time to refresh it! 🙂
The mexican telenovelas are a huge success here in Brazil (and we have a lot of brazilian telenovelas which are better than mexicans, in terms of story, IMO.. but the problem is that mexican’s soap are so cheesy that are good… ahahaha)
I love spanish. I really do. but the verbs are hard to learn even for me who speak portuguese…
English is so much easier, but I really need to improve it… (want to learn some slangs! and write more correctly ahahahah) =]
