Mark Ballas Plays At The Viper Room, New Interview About DWTS Live In Las Vegas (Photos, Video)
Pictured above is Dancing With The Stars pro dancer Mark Ballas. Sunday night, he looked lean and mean playing his guitar at the Viper Room in Los Angeles. Seeing this picture and others like it at Getty Images makes me want to see him perform on Dancing With The Stars in a string duo with Val Chmerkovskiy again. How about you? Also, Fox 5 in Las Vegas interviewed Mark on Dancing With The Stars Live In Vegas. Last night, he danced for the first time in the show. He’ll be dancing until July 12th if you’d like to take it in. He will also be performing his music in the Tropicana Lounge on Thursday night. Details below.

What a sweet interview with Mark. I loved his comment about how he is interested in having his own Vegas show. That would be amazing, especially if he brings in his BFF Derek and…Julianne! To have a Vegas show featuring the “Ballas Brat Pack”, as Mark has called the trio, would be awesome. And, can I say that I wish he would grow his hair out. He is probably tired of dealing with his curly hair, but it was so cute on him, imho.
Ballas brat pack should be the Hough pack…Marky is in the minority.
Did he really call them the “Ballas Brat Pack”? That’s a little…arrogant, IMO. And I seriously doubt Julianne would take time out of her filming schedule and life with her bazillionaire boyfriend to star in a Vegas show. I kind of doubt Derek would, too, actually. It doesn’t really seem like his style to me, but I don’t know a ton about him outside of DWTS. It just seems like he has bigger goals…
Just to clear things up. Mark, Derek and Julianne were known in dancing circles as the Ballas Brat Pack when there were all kids, back when Derek and Julianne lived with Corky and Shirley (their coaches). They were called the Ballas Brat Pack because Corky was their coach and they would win everything in sight. It’s not something new or something Mark made up, their competition back in the day gave them the name.
