Robin Leach Reports “Strong” Rumors On Dancing With The Stars All Star Season
The Las Vegas Weekly via Robin Leach is reporting some “strong” rumors on Dancing With The Stars All Star season. Who knows how “stong” these rumors really are, but, it’s fun to read and contemplate on none the less. 
Just keep in mind, Robin is not an official source …and again, these are just rumors!
Robin Leach is on vacation in Italy, but he is still keeping tabs on Las Vegas. He reports strong rumors that Carson Kressley, now appearing in “Dancing With the Stars: Live in Las Vegas” at the Tropicana, will be part of the ABC juggernaut’s all-star-reunion Season 15 premiere in September.
Also onboard, Joey Lawrence, who recently bared his biceps with Chippendales at the Rio as a guest host and singer. And Maria Menounos, who fought bravely against injuries and narrowly missed winning the mirrored disco ball last season partnered with Derek Hough, could be given a second shot, but probably with a different partner.
The “DWTS” rumor mill is at full force, and sorting out fact from fiction is nearly impossible, but if you go by their personal twitter accounts, it looks as if they are favorites — at this moment — to return.
Why Maria with a different partner? Is Derek not coming back? Suspicious.

I’m on the fence about Carson. I love him, but want this to be a true all-stars. Joey, I don’t really have a strong reaction to him either way, so I don’t really care. Maria I love, but I think it’s way too soon for anybody from season 14.
I’m so ready for the real cast list to come out.
No Derek with Maria – then I won’t watch. Best chemistry in years! I don’t care how soon it is. They deserved to be in the finals. Don’t really care about AllStar season anyway! BTW, Maria has said her feet are healed now!

Do you notice a theme with the “strong rumors” Robin is reporting on? They’re all things we’ve already posted on in the past week or so – and you notice they don’t give you any information on where they’re getting this information. I’d put money on it that they’re just rehashing vague stuff from the past week and trying to make it sound official. Carson tweeting that picture of his shoes and the little hint about the all-star season? Joey begging people to vote for him to be on the all-star season? Maria mentioning that it would be fun to do the all-star season when asked about it? None of this is new – and I highly doubt Robin Leach knows any more about all-star season casting than we do. Remember, he incorrectly reported when the double elim would occur last season – and as I recall, that seemed to be AFTER we were debating over here at Pure whether it would occur prior to team dance week. I really just think he’s culling rumors from around the net, making it sound like he has insider info, and sensationalizing the language a bit in order to get hits. The only one of these “strong rumors” that I think might carry any weight is Carson – and that’s due to the coy tweet we saw from him last week, and the fact that he probably had the option to extend his contract with the Vegas show but opted not to for whatever reason. And that’s not insider info by any means – he tweeted it for all to see. Nice try, Robin – but I don’t think you have any more info than the rest of us.
Maria and Henry..?
As for the whole *gasp!* Maria not with Derek deal, look at the news lately – all this talk about Derek being in London. And we’ve LONG since been debating whether or not the returning stars would keep the same partners they had before. Would it really be a stretch for Robin to do a little net surfing and say “Hmmm. Derek’s in London. Maria said coming back for all-stars would be fun. Fans are wondering whether the stars will keep the same partners. How can I spin this to get hits?” Badda-bing, badda-boom = “Maria is coming back but will probably have a different partner!” Watch the flabberghasted fans tweet, comment, and repost the sh*t out of that link, and watch Robin make it rain with the money he makes on that gem.
Good point. I know Maria said she would only dance with Derek. So if he isn’t coming back, doubt she would too. It’s just my opinion! Rumors galore until official announcement. We will have to wait and see! But I would like to see Maria dance when healthy and, of course, only with Derek.
I’m not wild about Maria coming back, but, I could definitely dig this union, Cam!!
I loved Derek and Maria’s chemistry, but lost a little respect for her after her HS interview. I would rather see Derek back with Nicole only because they had such amazing dances and I think they could push the envelope a little more. I know it won’t happen because she is doing XFactor, but a girl can hope. I really want to see Joey F, Lance, Sabrina, Mel B. or Erin, Nicole, Roshon, and Gilles back.
Henry’s not tall enough for Maria. But Tristan is.
I think we will see joey lawrence and carson back but idk about Maria. as much as i want her on the all star season, i think they are going to opt for jennie garth or one of dereks former partners prior to maria.
Saying that, if Maria is paired with a different pro it would be interesting. Maria only improved becuase of Derek. the other pros might hinder her fun side choreographywise.
They need to bring back the best dancers. Don’t bring back any controversial ones who can’t dance. If Bristol and/or Kate return I won’t watch this season. It was just too painful to watch those two and I couldn’t bring myself to go through it again. It would be fun to see the best dancers face off–a real competition and it would be exciting because the dancing level would be so high!!! I hope that’s what they do.
Love Carson. Wonder how much his dancing improved from being in the Vegas show? Could he be a contender if he came back for All Stars?

i really would like to see maria or jenny garth dancing with Tristan. Wishful thinking. But with Tristan’s luck he might get Bristol or anyone above 60. Poor thing!
I didn’t even know Robin Leach was still alive… I guess now this proves that he is.
I would think that any of the Season 14 cast that are so eager to do the show again right away, must have an empty calendar. Why would Maria even consider doing the show again?
All this Derek and Maria shit is annoying me. If Maria comes back she “probably won’t dance with Derek” that does not mean he isn’t going to be on. She still might dance with him. I think he is coming back because he said he can’t wait to see what they do with the partners like switching and all that. Mark said that he doesn’t know who he and Derek are going to partnered with. That pretty much proves that mark and Derek are coming back. If for some reason he doesn’t come back than what are we going to do? You can’t threaten abc by saying that you aren’t going to watch because he isn’t on or because some people aren’t going to be paired with someone else. I think that Derek is coming back but then again I don’t know him. He probably is coming back so don’t worry. Maria probably will be with another pro because they are probably doing that. I personally think that they are pairing different people together because they might have to different people on the show that were partnered with the same pro. But than again we have to wait and see.
