Gilles Marini “Pleads The 5th” On Whether He’s Dancing On Dancing With The Stars Again (Video)
Oh, I say he is so gorgeous! I think I just passed out watching Gilles talking about his new fashion line Axist in the video below. 
See if you do too? Oh yeah, and they ask him on whether he’s dancing on the All Star edition of Dancing With The Stars too. He’s American now, so, he is pleading the 5th. lol I say he’s doing the show. What do you think?

I really hope so! While I am not one of those people who considered it a “tragedy” that Gilles lost as I did think Shawn deserved it as well, he is still in my top 3 favorite guy celebs to do the show. The other two being Evan and Carson. It would be awesome for him to do it, and I bet he’d have a really good chance. I would love to see him back, it’d make the season quite a bit more watchable for many I bet

I want to think positively so I say “yes” he will be back! He is my all time fav male celeb. Loved his journey and feel he is a genuinely nice guy. Having him on the show could go a long way in canceling out any so called controversial celebs, IMO. Oh, and I never get tired of looking at him or hearing him speak.
Gilles makes William look like the poor woman’s sex symbol. I’d love to see him back. But not dancing with Cheryl. I can’t stand her any more.
I DEFINITELY hope he’s back and with either Cheryl or Kym. Both would be dynamite.

The timing seems to be right for Gilles to come back. He’s always been one of my very favorites and I would love to see him dance again … with Cheryl. Every fan of the show has pros they like and those they don’t for all sorts of different reasons, but … with the possible exception of last season, I think Cheryl has done an incredible job with all of her partners and, I really can’t imagine TPTB putting her with anyone else but Gilles. He has even said IF he comes back, he wants to dance with Cheryl and I agree Mel … it would be wrong for the two of them to dance with different partners.
Maybe she’ll be better now that she actually has a boyfriend. But she REALLY needs a season off. Badly.

If Cheryl need a season off, so as Derek and Maksim. Maks and Derek didn’t do a good job either with their respective partners and did crappy choreography for most part. The problem with Cheryl, she’s been assigned with so many terrible dancers and beginners after Gilles. Tom, Chad, Rick the giant, Chris, Rob sucked and needed tons of work to get it going. Cheryl never had experienced dancer, and everybody needed careful attention and discipline with their attitude and reputation. It’s not easy to tame down these strong boys with spoiled brat attitudes in their professions. Cheryl needed to become tougher than anybody else. It was a tough adjustment for her to get a more potentialed and sweeter guy such as William.
Mel … Derek was choreographing for someone with 2 broken ribs and 2 fractured feet, in addition, was somebody who had never danced professionally a day in her life. I think he did a superb job with choreography last season with what he had to work with. Cheryl only had William shaking his ass and Maks didn’t have a natural mover.
he needs cheryl since she is inspired by him choreogrpahywise. saying that, if cheryl isnt there for season 16 i wouldn’t be surpirsed.
sharna could take her place and she can do the vegas show.
Mel..i never had any problems with Cheryl before…but in the last 2 seasons…her attitude changed..and not in a good way…she had in William a perfect partner…sweet, talented, he could dance and he got rhythm…and she only used him as an ass-shaker …i am sorry…that is the truth…her choreo also got boring..she keeps repeating the same stuff…she blanks…she does not have the spark anymore..i am not a Maks fan..but he did good last season and Derek…please!!!! his teaching skills and his incredibly well partner adapted choreography made Maria reach the 4th place…she never danced in her life…she is not naturally gifted as a dancer…she was Bambi on ice…even Derek did not think she could get passed week 4..so..do not say Derek did not do a good job..he did a great job!!!
Your definition of crappy choreo is very different than mine, mel. I saw Derek coming up with fun routines that Maria could handle, and I saw Cheryl with a theoretically better dancer doing nothing more than sexing it up for the first several weeks. Cheryl wasted William, whereas Derek (and maks for that matter) did the best they could with the caliber of celeb they had.
The show isnt about the pro coming up with amazing chore (if it was Cheryl still fails where Derek doesn’t), it’s about teaching a celeb to dance as best you can and keep them in the game. Derek did that. I don’t agree Cheryl did, not on the first part.

On the # 9 comments….can’t the exact same thing be said about Drew Lachey, what if both Drew and Giles are back. Will it only be wrong if she doesn’t dance with Giles ? Drew was great, too, even toured w/DWTS for a little while(as did Sabrina).
This is what I am hating about this season. I can see the argument for both sides. I know I would sure hate to be the one who has to make some of these decisions.
If they switch it up, I’d like to see him with Kym or Karina. A lot of people say Peta, but I want to see the pros who have been on the show the longest, or just do original pairings.
