Louis Van Amstel Promotes LaBlast And Sabrina Bryan To Dance On Dancing With The Stars (Video)
Today Louis Van Amstel was a guest on Good Afternoon America to promote his workout/dance program “LaBlast”. They dance a Samba to get things shaking. After they get finished dancing, they ask him about the three wild cards on Dancing With The Stars. Louis says he loves all three (Carson Kressley, Kyle Massey, and Sabrina Bryan), but, in the end, he begs us to vote for Sabrina. Ok, so, as speculated in the comments, I think we might know who Sabrina’s partner might be if she wins?

Maybe I’m being an old crankypants, but I am SO sick and tired of everyone jamming Sabrina down our throats. She got tossed because she had no fans! That’s how the show works. It wasn’t a travesty or even a shock if everyone, including the damned pros, were paying attention.

So tired of the “Sabrina deserves this the most!” or “Sabrina was robbed!!!” claims – she didn’t get the votes, period. And it wasn’t like she was underscored by the judges, either. I have to wonder how many people that love to squawk about how “unfair” her elimination was, were voting their thumbs off the night before she was eliminated. I would venture a guess that it wasn’t a whole lot 
And as I was telling someone the other day, I actually think Carson is making the best case for himself to return as an all-star…I think Kyle just doesn’t care much and Sabrina is relying too much on this whole “Vote for me because I got eliminated too early!” schlock to carry her through. At least Carson is being funny & memorable about it 
And I hate to break it to Sabrina’s fans, but if she’s got Louis as her pro if she makes it on this season – I honestly don’t think she’ll make it to the finale. Louis has had some talent to work with in the past (Monique, Kendra, Kelly, even Lisa) and the best he’s been able to do is 3rd place. I highly doubt he’ll even be able to get Sabrina to the finale this season, with all of the talent they’ve managed to get, plus the fact that he’s been absent from the show for a year now. Extended absences from the show seem to make pros a bit rusty.
LOL Evaine, I think you just said it for a lot of us. I was never a big fan to her either. I really hope Carson wins the wild card vote and if he doesn’t, I hope it’s Kyle.

Well, I went to vote for Kyle (you know where) and the “mother hen” of Sabrina fans who claims she speaks often to Sabrina, supposedly is trying to calm the minions saying Louis is just a good friend who feels she deserves a second shot. The other “hoot” was that a lot of M & S shippers feel that “that’s what the all-stars is about, those who didn’t get a chance.” WTF???? pardon me….WTH???? To me, all-stars means “best of the best” AND that means those who MADE IT TO THE FINALS AND who have talent and fan bases.
Bristol doesn’t fit the talent part, but does have a fan base and that =ratings, I’ve yet to figure out how Pam got into the mix (being the only non finalist). She does seem to think she’s there for “comic relief”. I thought that was Bristol & Kirstie’s job (in different ways lol).
Also, some fans were complaining that Carson appears rude by tweeting other celebs, etc to vote for him yet they are tweeting all of Mark’s former partner’s fans asking them to vote for SB. (Well, not Shawn or Bristol’s lol).
It’s amazing that people who have worked on the show for years can be so ignorant as to how it works. Louis shows every time he opens his mouth about the show why he never has won it.
It’s not just about who is a great dancer. You can be as good a dancer as you want, if you dont have the fans or you dont connect with the audience at home it means nothing.
To me the biggest screw job on Season 5 was Marie Osmond beating Jennie Garth for the last spot in the finals. I remember being very giddy when Tom led off the Season 6 results show saying tonights elimination will be on of the most shocking in reality history. Because I knew right there Sabrina was going home. She is a fine dancer but I felt nothing positive or negative about her. She danced hard hard hard all the time which lessened the impact for me of her dances.
Carson and Kyle were a lot more entertaining to watch than Sabrina. I wouldn’t even rank Sabrina in the top 10 female dancers on the show.
Yeah…MB’s fans think THEY got Katherine to second place…..not the average viewer connecting with her and liking her.
When GSN recently aired season 5 again I came away with a different prospective of the celebs. I came away disliking Sabrina and Mark as a partnership mainly due to an air of entitlement. Previously i didnt have much of an oppinion of them. I also discovered a great respect for Helio as his positivity was infectious.
I really hope Sabrina isn’t the 13th celeb, even though I don’t think she will stay long. The press I have seen on her (and her uber fans) she still has that entiltlment attitude. JMO I am voting for positivity.
TBH Sabrina became a bigger star after the “shocking elimination” She’s returned to dance several times on the show. Many past WINNERS haven’t had that privilege. I like her but I must admit I’m getting tired of hearing about it too-LOL
If she gets voted on, the whole focus will shift to her! Could be just another way for the judges to manipulate the scores. Again I do like but please. I was really, really shocked when Lil Kim was eliminated and she has never returned to dance again. As matter of fact, NONE of Derek’s past partners, WINNERS or otherwise have returned to dance again Just saying!!
I may have to vote for Carson!-LOL

Yeah, I hope in a way that Sabrina gets the vote and dances with Mark….that MIGHT mean that Derek will get Shawn and that just could be a lethal combination, unless of course, tptb are determined to make sure he doesn’t get his 4th win.
I hope Sabrina wins the vote. Let Carson share the stage with Tom and Brooke where he can put his talent to use. Aside from the Jagger dance, his performances with Anna, in my opinion, were a train wreck.

Some of Dereks partners might just show up to dance with him for a results show. Thats my feeling. It could happen. Jennifer Grey said she would love to dance with him again!
I’m sorry, but I am not only an “old crankypants” who is sick of hearing about Sabrina and DO NOT agree that she was robbed, but I also think that calling her a bigger star now is totally laughable. Most people have no clue who she is – and any who may have seen her on DWTS in the past have seen much better dancers in the years since she was on. Any hype she gets will be that which she works very hard to generate.
