Tristan MacManus on The Rewards Of Dancing On Dancing With The Stars And More
Did you enjoy the first part of MacManiacs.org’s interview with Tristan MacManus? If so, you will love part two as well below. Tristan chats more about partnering on Dancing With The Stars. He also talks of doing Dancing With The Stars: Live In Las Vegas this summer and how he blew his knee again for the second time. He’s still getting therapy for it but, he’ll be in good shape to go when rehearsals start for Dancing With The Stars. More below with the humble Tristan MacManus.
That was really lovely! Thanks for posting it Vogue!! 🙂
I have to say that I’ll never get bored of hearing him talk! I adore his accent!! And hopefully this season Brooke won’t say something like: “If you didn’t get what he said…”
And second, I didn’t know that he was still dealing with his knee injury 🙁 I really hope he will be well soon and full recovered for the new season! I am sure that he and Pamela will be great and this time we will see more from him as what he can do as a choreographer!!!
Good luck!!! 😀
Part 2 was just as good as Part 1. Love the way he really thinks about the question and then gives a chatty answer.
Ifigenia, I agree 100% — I hope Brooke let’s go of the whole “translation” schtick. He’s very gracious about it, but I think it’s starting to get on his nerves. It’s already gotten on mine 🙂
I agree on both points, I love to listen to him talk!! When Brooke made that translation comment, I was sitting there yelling at the TV saying, “I understood him perfectly fine Brooke, thank you very much!!”
Cidra, I think that it’s getting on all of our nerves! And Tristan is already rolling his eyes everytime Brooke says something like that! Let’s hope he won’ have to do that again!!!
Ifigenia, I agree. Maybe Tristan can find a way to pull Brooke aside during rehearsals and ask her to stop making a big deal about his accent. I don’t think Brooke is being deliberately mean; she’s just clueless. So if he asked her not to do it, I think she’d stop. At least I hope she’d try.
I’ve heard him say, “That’s why I’m here.” So I don’t think it bothers him to be teased about his accent. He’s pretty good about being teased and being self-deprecating. I think it’s a big part of why some of us love him so much 🙂
Great interview and I hope his knee gets better soon!
