Louis Van Amstel promoted his LaBlast program on VH1′s The Morning Buzz this past week. He gave hosts Carrie and Jason some workout advise. The shake their hips and do some “hot and sexy” dance moves. At the end they ask if Louis will be dancing on Dancing With The Stars for the All Star season.
