I always look forward to seeing what charities and messages some of the celebrities bring to the show every season. Emmitt Smith is no different. Check out how the former Dallas Cowboy helped to kick off a new Salvation Army Youth Center in Arlington, Texas this week.

I'm a fashion and music nut....and I have always loved dancing too of any kind. Dancing With The Stars seems to have this way of bringing all of those things together. Derek Hough (one of my favorite dancers) said at a recent Get Healthy event that ‘dancing’ is an outward expression of what is going on inside you. Just watched Emmitt on the Chew and he seems very likeable, but a little worried about the competition being younger than he is. He did seem to move really well with Carla though, so he will definintely be entertaining!
Also, Carla said she wanted to be on Dancing with the Stars! She would be hilarious, but she is a bit tall, so it would be interesting to see who they paired her with.
