Chelsie Hightower is heading to Indianapolis, Indiana to teach and attend the 10th annual Spirit of Women Day of Dance this upcoming Saturday. In light of the event, IndyStar.com interviewed her about how she stays in shape and her future professional plans which you can read below….
How do you stay in shape?
“My regimen is always changing. I am always switching things up to ensure that my body isn’t plateauing, and that I’m not getting bored. Right now I wake up, eat breakfast and go to yoga. Then I try to schedule time later in the day to do a second work out of P90X or hiking.
What are your future professional plans?
“My future professional plans are to just enjoy the moment, to ride ‘Dancing With The Stars’ for as long as possible, while I look for other opportunities to improve my craft and to be ready to jump on other opportunities that come my way. I want to (and will) build a dance studio in Utah at one point because of the amount of tapped and untapped talent and culture there.”
