Dancing With The Stars Pros To Star In New Pitbull Music Video
Below are some pictures from some of the pros of Dancing With The Stars. When they first started tweeted them yesterday, we thought they were some teasers for their Title Shoot sessions for Dancing With The Stars Season 16, but, now we’ve found out (thanks to Karina Smirnoff) that the photos were shot behind the scenes of a new music video for Pitbull. It’s also possible the video could be part of a new commercial. Thanks to everyone who has helped us piece together with this story.

AHH I LOVE IT! They look sexy and they look like no re-used costumes are being used! Because Gleb just tweeted a pic of him and Lindsay and what I could see of Lindsay’s hers looks like something I haven’t seen! I love it this season is already shaping up to be one of my favorites.

According 2 karinas facebook page she says that on the set of dwts there filming a music video for pitbull and cheryl mentions on her twitter about a big shoot for the pros and she cant wait for all of us to see the final product so i dont think these pics are for title shoots.

Kelly, that could very well be true! Because I seen that Emma and Sasha tweeted about it too. Emma also facebooked a picture. I hope they show it on the show. This season, I’m loving it so far!
When you see them two. After watching one of Gleb’s DWTS pro vids. The sets he’s use to are smaller. No where near what we see on our own DWTS. And I got a feeling the atmosphere from ours. Is going to make him look more of a Val 2.0. Not a Max 2.0. With Lindsay, I am woman speaking to you. I’d have to see her actually dance. Watch some videos of her. Before I could officially join the Chelsie 2.0, or Julianne 3.0 thought gang. From a physical stand point in that photo. Someone said to me on this site. Chelsies fans were mostly DOMs. Not getting that type of vibe from looking at this photo with Lindsay.
I guess I don’t know my Dirty Old Men, but I would think they’d especially enjoy Kym and Karina (and back in the day, Edyta.) I think those three dress sexy the most, even in the rehearsal videos.
Maybe I’m way off, but I think the mainstay of Chelsie’s fanbase were young girls, who identified with her, maybe even younger than the 18-34 they’re so desperate to lay claim to. But I think they look to the male pros more than the female ones, to hold audience, though I gather the celebs matter more to the casual viewer than the highly-invested message-board type.
And speaking of the boys, I’ll give him more time, but Gleb seems like Dmitry #2 to me, awkward in speech. At this point, I’d rather have Dmitry #1. Though Gleb does seem to have an easy-going infectious sort of happiness about him, so maybe he’ll grow on me.
Gail your the first person since I started posting here. The didn’t bite my head off on this site. For bringing up Chelsie. Earlier today she tweeted that she was able to go to SYTYCD and be a Allstar. What exactly is a all star. Is it those that work with the contestants?
Kym needs to get rid of the collar and the leotard-style outfits…getting old…
And no, there’s no way anyone can be Julianne 3.0. That’s like asking for Beyonce 5.0. Too tall an order.

#3….Yes, Karina had posted on fb on tweeted that she was doing video for show with Pitbull.
Nigel tweeted something like…” what I CAN do is bring back @ChelsieHightower to SYTYCD as an All-star”.
I think the end result of video shoot will be used for both a music video maybe for Pitbull’s new single and a promo video for DWTS16. Because some of the pros tweeted the words “music video” and “commercial”.

Bingo! I thought Peta would go back to being a blonde, I am sure when the producers paired her with Sean they were going on the assumption of her being blonde. So I am fairly confident for any doubters that Peta is dancing with Sean, or Emily Maynard… LOL
Phew! Here I thought that those were some of the title shoot pix, and NONE of the outfits were looking remotely familiar to me. There’s hope yet for “Who Wore it Better?”
Lindsay just looks so YOUNG. I think I’m going to have a hard time accepting her doing “sexy” dances with Victor, because she looks so much like a young Maureen McCormack…and I don’t exactly equate Bradys with smoldering sex appeal.
Now Gleb, on the other hand…I know I’ve always said that my own bf is my favorite pro and the sexiest guy I know (still do), but let’s just say if the bf & I let each other have those “exceptions”…Gleb might make my list
Weird question, though: have we really heard him talk at all yet? I don’t recall him saying anything at the cast announcement, and I can’t remember if he said much in he & Lisa’s OTRC interview. Maybe the silence is part of the sex appeal? lol

I’m thrilled to hear that SYTYCD may be taking care of Chelsie. I’m disappointed that DWTS didn’t take the time to nurture her a little more. She’s extremely talented IMO.
And, may I say I’m loving Gleb. The guy has a natural charm and appears to be so unassuming. What a refreshing change indeed.

I don’t mean to be a troll. Not sure what trollish means. I do still like what you do. Posting pictures of the pros and what they do with their lives. It helps us know what they are doing. Many of the FB blogs don’t really keep us up to date. And obviously aren’t as accurate as all of you. Yes I did go on a Chelsie rampage. I am sorry for that. I’m sure it has happened before on your site. With other pros fans. This is the first website that I have ever posted comments in. So I am new to the how to behave during the posting process. You mods threw a stack of bricks at me. When I was a new poster. I really didn’t feel welcome here. So yes I did say to consider it my last post. Unfortunately, when you post very interesting things. Like photos of the new pros. Or start a discussion about something regarding one of the pros. How could I pass on the opportunity of trying to correct my trollish whatever that means. Type way of making posts. I do find this website very entertaining. Your all blunt about your feelings towards things DWTS. I don’t know much about the personalities of the mods as people have referred to the dark post box people. I currently do feel like you all are not afraid of speaking your minds. When people get out of line on this site. Just because Chelsie is gone, Doesn’t mean that I won’t be watching this season. I hope this isn’t trollish. I don’t know but maybe 4 of the 12 celebrities. I’m not sure what to think of them right now. As far as the pros go. Until I see this Gleb guy how he works. I would have taken Henry instead. We’ve all seen what he can do in the show.

Haha! It does always feel like, to me, that Peta is trying to hard to be sexy but it comes off as trashy, imo. Whereas I find Karina and Kym have more of an elegance to their sexiness in how they carry themselves in their demeanor. I certainly can’t picture Karina doing the Peta crotch shot move in the Gangnam Style dance. Good Lord that was beyond tacky for me.

I’m not a diehard Peta supporter, but in her defense, I kind of think TPTB and costumers are pushing her into the hard-edged sexy stuff for the show (they want another Edyta). She probably should push back more. If memory serves, most of the stuff I’ve seen her wear off the dance floor isn’t trashy. For example, the pic Vogue posted of her in that red dress was very classy (can’t remember the event).
Yes, love her in outfits I see her in off DWTS.
She definitely should push back if that’s the case on the show because it always affects how people are going to view you off the show, imo, since it’s reality (ahem) tv.
She should have learned that from Maks in that he claims he was stereotyped as this bad person by the show because they wanted him to play that role and, ta-da, it worked.

Ok, I have a stupid question (embarrassed to even ask, but I’m curious). This isn’t a “music video” as in something that goes on MTV, is it? More like “a bug musical number for the DWTS premiere”, maybe? I guess I’m having a “senior moment”…

Eew! I didn’t watch the show back then in season 4. I’m a late bloomer. Thanks for the info. I know nothing about ballroom dancing technique. I wonder if this is a typical move in ballroom dance. I’m guessing it’s not rare if Peta did the same thing in season 15 that Karina did in season 4. Either way, I’d be ok to not see it anytime soon.
PETA has some talent but, her personality on the show. Has me voting for others. I’ve been reviewing some of the pro and dance troupe dances on YouTube. When the pro and dance troupe dances are done. We see a lot more out of the dancers. Than we do when they pair with celebrities. She does better in the pro dances in my opinion. I agree with No. 27 post. Stumbled across the Melissa Etheridge Fearless Love performance in the show. With Maks, Anna, Tony, and Chelsie. The four of them blew me away. I only began watching DWTS at season 11.
I think it’s a DWTS commercial…similar to something like what whatshisface does for Football – “Are you ready for some FOOTBALL!!!”

I’ve watched every season so as soon as I saw it with Peta it all came back to me that Karina did it as well. It’s kind of something you don’t forget. ; ) Let’s all hope that move has now been retired.

That is a cool song Feel This Moment Pitbull ft Christina Aguilera great dance song. Can’t wait to see the promo video to this song with the pros in it.
The leggings/pants thing that Peta’s wearing look like the legging/pants thing that Anna wore for her jive with Drew last season. Only, she’s rocking them 192384237452394 times better, IMO.
Cheryl is wearing the dress JLo wore to the 2011 Grammys. Brave girl, I would never have the rocks to do that…
But everyone looks great! As always, I wanna know where’s the rest of Peta’s clothes, but she’s working the crap out of that lingerie.
Tony, Peta is way more comfortable wearing ‘ho costumes than Anna. That’s just not Anna’s style. The Drew/Anna partnership wasn’t very successful, but I think Drew pushed her hard out of her comfort zone, and Anna was willing to try to go there. I give her credit for that.
The music video clips aired last night on ET it looks like fun! They said that it was for promos for the show.
