Awww, I love Allison Holker and Jonathan Bennett! Here they are on KTLA this morning talking about all of the fun they are having rehearsing and with their partnership on Dancing With The Stars. They talk a little on their new dance at the end of this interview too saying it’s “going to be a good one”. I can’t wait to see it.

This is such a fun interview. Last night, Sharna Burgess was interviewed by her Dancing With The Stars Season 4 partner, Tavis Smiley, on his PBS show. Tavis has nothing but good things to say about Sharna and how she helped him. They go over their dances. Reflecting back, he said he would have voted himself off the show too. He wishes now he had more time to practice. He said his favorite part of doing the show was watching Sharna choreograph. Tavis also says one of his “greatest joy’s in life” was doing Dancing With The Stars. Lots more at this link including Sharna’s dream for her dancing career and the Arts.

ABCNedianet has released new show information for Dancing With The Stars Season 19 Week 4. It outlines the show details, how “we” are the 4th judge and how we score, and how Colbie Caillat will be performing. It also explains the Switch Up Voting. Read carefully for INSTRUCTIONS….
“Episode 1904” – The 10 remaining celebrities dance to songs commemorating their most memorable year on MONDAY, OCTOBER 6 (8:00-10:01 p.m., ET) on the ABC Television Network. Each couple will dance to a song of the celebrities choosing that encompasses a memorable time or experience in their life. These heartfelt performances promise to be some of the most exciting and emotional of the season. Musical artist Colbie Caillat will perform.
Even more power is in the viewers’ hands next week. For the first time ever, America can act as a guest judge and score celebrity performances alongside Julianne Hough, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tonioli. To be part of the Judges’ table, viewers must visit abc.com to score performances. A combined overall viewer score for each performance will be counted alongside the judges’ score. Each viewer may score a performance once, and the scoring window for each couple is open for two minutes and fifteen seconds, beginning at the start of each routine. At the end of the night, one couple will face elimination based on the previous week’s scores and public vote.
Twitter voting for the “Switch Up” continues, and the public can continue to vote throughout Monday’s program. To vote, viewers must Tweet using #DWTS followed by the first name of the celebrity and the first name of the professional dancer. For example, to pair up celebrity Betsey Johnson and professional dancer Mark Ballas, use the Tweet “#DWTSBETSEYMARK.” In addition, abc.com will have a page dedicated to assisting viewers in casting their votes. There is no limit on the number of votes one person can cast. Voting for the “Switch Up” remains open until Monday, October 6 at 11:59 p.m., ET.

Just a reminder to all who might have seen this Extra interview (see below) from this past Monday night on Dancing With The Stars. Derek said (at the 3:09 mark) that he put in a phone call to get a female artist to perform her song with he and Bethany for week 4. Well, now that we know their song is P!nk’s “Try”, do you think he was successful at getting P!nk to perform? We’re not sure and nothing is definite that we know of yet, but, all eyes on Monday night and the next ABC press release. Also, for all the latest on Derek and Bethany (and Derek’s role on “Nashville”), be sure you visit Pure Derek Hough.
ETA: It might not be P!NK? Apparently, it might be Colbie Caillat’s song “Try”?? Not sure,… all eyes on Monday night.
