Dancing With The Stars Season 20 Week 8 Night 2 Elimination Media And Interviews

Well, I think the correct two went home last night on Dancing With The Stars. What’s cool is….Kym Johnson and Robert Herjavec won something better than a Mirror Ball Trophy in the end whether it was a close friendship or something more. Also, Chris Soules and this show made me eat my words (I love when that happens). I didn’t want another Bachelor as a contestant again when we first heard Chris was dancing. Well, I ended up loving his journey with Witney Carson. We watched him bloom as a dancer. I’m going to miss him.

So, if you head to E News, you can watch some new interviews with both contestants talking on their elimination. Also, Chris told People, he’s ready to start his life with Whitney Bischoff. Below are more of his thoughts….

He won’t do it alone, though. Soules told PEOPLE that his next step is to join Bischoff in his native habitat. Though his 29-year-old fiance~e has previously attended DWTS tapings, the fertility nurse remained at home in Chicago Tuesday to honor the anniversary of her mother’s death.

“Eventually she will be moving to Arlington and we’ll be beginning our life there,” said Soules. “I’m excited to just get back to what I’m good at. Dancing is not what I’m good at. I got as good as I could possibly get, but I’m going to go do things that come natural to me.”

Despite his difficulty with learning the complicated steps and having to overcome a painful leg injury, Soules told PEOPLE that DWTS still was way easier than appearing on The Bachelor – at least mentally.

“DWTS is a different type of exhaustion but no matter how hard it got mentally and physically, I was always like, I just want more. I wanted to be here another week. Going on The Bachelor was hard. I was making a lot of tough decisions that I struggled with. DWTS is easier than being the Bachelor, quite honestly.”

Soules never took his eye off the prize – that Mirror Ball Trophy.

“I was in this to get as far as I could possibly get, and hopefully make it to the end,” Soules continued. “I didn’t get there. That was disappointing. It’s a letdown. But it’s over and I’m excited to move on with life.”

Robert and Kym talked with Fox411 about their relationship with Kym and where it’s going next….

But of course, what “DWTS” fans REALLY want to know is where Herjavec and Johnson’s “showmance” is going.

And they evaded questions off-camera just as cleverly as they had on Tuesday’s ABC broadcast.

He told FOX411 his relationship with Kym was “kymplicated.”

The couple was bound for New York to be interviewed on “Good Morning America” Wednesday, but beyond that Johnson only said, “Of course we’re going to keep in touch.”

“Email me every now and then,” Herjavec joked.

Herjavec, who had told Johnson he’d give her a car if they won the mirror ball trophy, deadpanned that he’d do the next best thing: “We may stop at In-N-Out burger on the way to New York,” he said.

“That’s the sweetest thing ever. We’ll have to ask for something not on the menu,” Johnson laughed.

As she has all season, Johnson recalled, “We just got along from the moment we met. We both really enjoyed this whole experience together.”
