This is some kind of awesome video!! Well done, Derek and company. Kinda funny – with the head mic on you can hear Derek breathing…but you can also hear a couple of his little dancing noises as he’s trying to restrain them. I imagine he’ll loose that altogether with more practice. He didn’t have a problem in New York Spring Spectacular.

Entertainment Tonight caught up with Dancing With The Stars Sharna Burgess attended the Vanity Fair, L’Oreal Paris, & Hailee Steinfeld Pre-Oscar Party. They asked her on Nick Carter and his arrest. Sharna says he’s family and still remains supportive.
“I texted him straight away as soon as I heard,” she revealed. “He told me really what was going on and it’s just a shame that these things get splashed all over the media, blown out of proportion and taken the wrong way. He’s such a good person.”
“Once I heard his story it all made sense,” she continued. “You know, like I said, he’s family to me. So, the minute I heard I texted him to make sure he was OK and to get the true story. You never know what you hear.”

Former Dancing with the Stars partners Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson are engaged, PEOPLE can exclusively confirm.
“I still can’t believe that a year after walking into a dance studio of all places, my life has changed this much,” Herjavec, who popped the question with a gorgeous 6.5-carat ring, tells PEOPLE. “Kym is an incredible woman and I’m just so excited for what the future brings for us.”
After the proposal, the couple returned home where they were greeted by over 30 friends and loved ones, including Kym’s mom from Australia, some of her Dancing with the Stars friends and close pal Carson Kressley, among others.

And I can’t believe he gave me the scoop last July. 🙂 I am so happy for Derek and I can’t wait to hit the great white way to see this show. Nyle is the latest winner of America’s Next Top Model and the shows second deaf contestant. From E! News:
America’s Next Top Model winner Nyle DiMarco is trading his smize for dancing shoes: the 26-year-old model/actor/deaf activist will compete on season 22 of Dancing With the Stars, a source tells E! News exclusively.
Sources confirm that the most recent champion of Tyra Banks’ modeling competition is heading to the DWTS ballroom, where he’ll be joining rumored fellow cast member Jodie Sweetin on the series (which our insiders have also confirmed), and will be the second-ever deaf contestant on the show.
Nyle’s Wiki page says that he has a fraternal twin brother, in addition to another brother and his parents – all of whom are deaf. Courtney tells me his brother is a DJ/dancer – so I would make no assumptions about Nyle, if I were you. He might have more trouble over coming the model curse.
