Zendaya Hopes To Bring A Unique Perspective To The DWTS Judging Panel, Teasers From Jodi Sweetin

Just a couple of more last minute things before Dancing With The Stars. First, below are some thoughts from Zendaya about judging Dancing With The Stars tonight. She’s hoping to bring a unique perspective to the judging panel tonight…

“A lot of people think I’m going to just praise everyone, but I definitely am going to give some criticism if I think it’s warranted,” the Disney Channel star tells PEOPLE exclusively.

The K.C. Undercover star knows she’s not as versed in the technical aspects of ballroom as her fellow judges Len Goodman, Carrie Ann Inaba and Bruno Tolioni, but she believes she brings a unique perspective to the panel.

“I’ve been a contestant before so I can understand what it takes to get out there on that stage in a way that none of the other judges can,” says the actress, who placed second to Kellie Pickler in 2013.

Secondly, Jodie Sweetin has written a new blog for People. Below is a take describing her Disney dance with Kep Motsepe tonight. Be sure to read more at the link.

The dance is super high-energy and fun, but there are a few things that have made this week more nerve-racking than past weeks.

First off, the dance is about 30 seconds longer than our routines have been in the past. That may not sound like a long time, but it’s a ton when you consider our dances were only about a minute until now. At the end of every run-through of the routine, I’m exhausted!

And secondly, we are adding a fun but difficult technical element to our dance – we are going to be dancing with the animated characters from Zootopia.

That meant we had to have our routine locked in early and send video of the rehearsals to the animators so they could prepare the animation.
