I'm a nerd and proud of it. Two degrees in geology also means I love BEER. :-) I'm also a Derek lover - proud of that too. So don't scream at those of us on this site and call us a bunch of "biased Derek-lovers" - it's just ME. :-) It may sound like I hate DWTS at times, but really, I'm just a snarky nitpicker from way back. And I'm cynical and jaded too. But I do love DWTS. :-)

Jana Kramer has no idea what’s going to happen tonight on Dancing With The Stars, but, she’s excited about her dances. Here is more from her new blog at People.
This week has been tough. Gleb is not taking it easy on me. Heās choreographed a dance that he feels is difficult enough to get us into the finals. For our dance we are doing a quickstep and that name is not a joke. Itās so fast! But itās fun to play this rich lady going after the shoe boy.
For our trio dance, weāre working with Alan Bersten. I chose Alan because he really stepped up and was there for me last week when Gleb was injured and not sure if heād be able to perform. I wanted to thank him.
The three of us are dancing a paso doble and itās very hard. Itās so sharp and complex and difficult. But Iām really excited to be playing the character Iām playing. Sheās very in charge and takes control. Itās a whole new character for me and thatās really fun.
Itās helped that Iāve already worked so much with Alan. Itās been an advantage to have a leg up, but everyone is giving their all this week. Iām really excited and have no idea what is going to happen tonight.

This week has a very Latin feel. Iāll be dancing a rumba with Sasha and a tango with Sasha and Artem Chigvintsev!
Itās my first week dancing with another man, and I like it! Donāt get me wrong, I absolutely love Sasha and feel completely connected to him. However, having Artemās energy in the room is fantastic!
I was worried at first because he is so unlike Sasha, but we are blending into a beautiful trio of dance. Iām a sexy detective and they are my suspects. Whoās excited? I am!!!
Aside from learning how to dance, this experience is exposing a confidence and strengths that I never knew I had. My perseverance through the tough moments has changed as well. Iām not giving up and Iām giving each dance everything I have to shine through to the finals!
And weāre pulling out all the stops and trying new tricks and dances to get me to that finale next week. For the first time Iām acting sexy on the dance floor. I have to serve the best sexy Terra possible and give it 200 percent or it will come out horribly!
