A living room with a fireplace, a formal dining room, a center-island kitchen and a family room are within 2,600 square feet of white-walled living space. All three of the bedrooms have balconies and en-suite bathrooms. There’s also a powder room.Outdoors, a patch of lawn sits between a deck/patio and a swimming pool and spa. Built-in seating accompanies a rectangular fire pit.
Beautiful house but I’ve never been a fan of open shelves and glass fronted kitchen cabinets! I’m sure these were the listing photos and not Bruno’s furnishings. I can picture him there though. And he has privacy for his nude sunbathing now. If he sticks to the first floor and not the streetside balconies…..
Dang, Colleen, I love the glass fronted shelves AND the open shelves. The only reason I didn’t put either in my kitchen is that it would require that my cabinets be in some sort of order. 🙂
I’d imagine living next door to him wouldn’t be a blast.
Would be a blast* not wouldn’t. Bruno seems like the neighbor that would have fun BBQ and parties
LOL My thoughts exactly. Every time I see open shelves and glass cabinets I think: “Must be nice to be so neat and organized.” I guess I prefer to hide my faults. That said I do like the look and feel of the house.
I bet so too, Vin. He’s a hoot!
