Artem Chigvinstev And Keo Motsepe Live Chat On DWTS And The New Tour (Is Rashad Jennings Touring?)
Check out this live chat below with Artem Chigvinstev and Keo Motsepe. It has all kinds of fun things included in it as well some teasers from camera blocking today and some other pros chiming in like Gleb Savchenko and Sasha Farber (they are too funny). Also, they tease on the new tour a little as well. Artem mentions that he can’t say which celebs are touring, but, a fan told us there was a mention on Rashad Jennings in another chat (before this one) and how Artem would be training with him on something. Hmmmm….could this be for the new tour? I don’t know, but, let’s hope so!! Thanks to Julia and @dwtsvalaur for the heads up.
I wonder if Simone might be joining the tour; she posted about missing Sasha and he responded that he expected he would be seeing a lot of her. That made me wonder; although after the crappy treatment she received from the show, if I were in her shoes, I wouldn’t be doing it!
I didn’t finish watching it, too much background distraction.
If Rashad is going on tour, that gives me slightly more hope that he might actually win the competition. I mean, if Normani’s not even going on tour, there doesn’t seem to be any more reason to invest in a win for her/Val. Crossing my fingers!
If they offer Rashad a tour spot, he could do it up until mid-July. He not only works out with the guys on DWTS but the dancing will keep him in great shape. It would be kinda nice to see if that will happen.
If a NFL team shows interest in him, he’d be a fool to go on tour and risk an injury. I also doubt that Simone will go – she just got off tour when the show started. I think she wants to take a break. Had she won, she probably would have shown some loyalty to the show. No need for that now.
@gunny – But we’re reaching a point where if Rashad hasn’t gotten picked up by a team by now, he’s probably not going to get picked up, period. He’s 32 – not exactly a hot young prospect. He may be seeing the writing on the wall and planning his next move, career-wise – and anything that keeps his name out there is good, if he’s hoping to get a sportscasting gig.
I’m sure that Rashad will have plenty of offers coming his way. He’s got the “IT” factor. Doing the show was probably the best thing that he could have done. I know I appreciate it. teehee!
Em,
I hope and pray that he wins the competition. He deserves it. He sure will be getting our votes here in Chicago. My daughter says that he has the “it” factor along with being an excellent dancer
I know that I was watching Rashad the Magnificent and charming man and I thought he could easily become a model/actor. Isn’t that what both Bonner and Nick are doing? And I think Rashad has much more “pop” onscreen than either of them.
Ooh, Rashad’s “pop!” I remember him as an Oakland starter. He filled in for an injured player and ran like Forrest Gump, always oozing charm and full of fun surprises. Rashad played football like the way he danced that freestyle! I hope he gets a good TV or sportscaster gig out of this.
