ETA: And speaking of Tom, he’s going to host the A Capital Fourth again in Washington DC! Here is more from PR Newswire.
The festivities for our country’s 238th birthday kick off on PBS’s “A Capitol Fourth” with an all-star salute led by two-time Emmy Award-winning television personality Tom Bergeron. The 34th annual broadcast of “A Capitol Fourth” airs on PBS Friday, July 4, 2014 from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m. ET.
Tom Bergeron was on KTLA today via Washington DC to talk about his “Capital Fourth” gig on PBS Wednesday night. He also discusses the elections (WHA??) and there are a few funny mentions on the Dancing With The Stars All Star season too. He jokes that he’s called Stacy Keibler to dance, but, she’s hung up on him. He says he will be back in Los Angeles soon to announce the cast. A hoot and “smooth” as always.
