Dancing With The Stars Cheryl Burke Dancing In Vegas, Jazzercising, & About To Release Shoe Line

Think there is no news in the off season? Think again! Our pro dancers are traveling all over the country and the world this summer. It’s fun trying to keep up with them all. For instance, Cheryl Burke was on the east coast this last weekend dancing with Mark at Harrah’s and then within a night or two she was dancing it up in Las Vegas again. Here she is with a friend at the XS Nightclub where they danced to Laidback Luke.

Cheryl also had time to visit Extra for a new Jazzercise spread. She shows how you can work your abs, buns, and arms. Looks fun! I’d take a work out dancing versus jazzercizing though, would you? šŸ˜€

Lastly, HSN is to release more of Cheryl’s shoe line. Stay tuned for the official release July 5th. You can view some of her shoes now here.

Lacey Schwimmer To Film Something New For Dancing With The Stars Season 13

Milkwaukee’s “Cooper in the Morning” of Big Cheese 92.9 FM interviewed Lacey Schwimmer today on her birthday. She talked of her new music and how she always wanted to be a singer. So, that’s why she is really excited on the release of her new single “Love Soundz”. Cooper also asks Lacey what’s next. She mentions more recordings and wanting to tour for a new album in the Fall. Lacey also mentions Dancing With The Stars and how she’s filming something new for it for Season 13 (Hmmm, I wonder what that’s all about?). She’s also hoping to be back for Season 13. Here’s a take from the interview thanks to Wet Paint.;

“It’s my birthday week so I’m spending it here in Arizona, then I go straight home and I film a little something for Dancing With the Stars,ā€ Lacey says. ā€œIt’s a new thing that they’re doing this season, so that’s going to be exciting. And then I go straight into more recording and hopefully going across to Europe and doing a tour over there and then hopefully coming back for Dancing With the Stars.”

Dancing With The Stars 2011 – Teri Hatcher Learns Dance Moves From Cheryl Burke

Have You Heard has a great spread up on the Simon G Jewelry ā€˜Summer Sorieeā€™ at the Palazzo in Las Vegas Saturday night. At the event benefiting “Generosity Water”, Teri Hatcher struck up some dance moves with Cheryl Burke which has them asking if Dancing With The Stars is in Teri’s future. I’d definitely support the idea. Teri can dance too as we’ve seen on Desperte Housewives at special times. See lots of cool pictures at the link some of which include former Dancing With The Stars celebrity Lisa Rinna (one of Louis’s best dance partner’s in my opinion). Stephani Pratt danced with Cheryl too. She’d be a good contender for the show as well.

Teri Hatcher was spotted learning some dance moves from DWTS professional dancer, Cheryl Burke while attending the Simon G Jewelry ā€˜Summer Sorieeā€™ benefiting Generosity Water held at the Palazzo in Las Vegas on Saturday night, June 4, 2011.

Hatcher looked beautiful in a white sequined Marc Bouwer number accessorized with Simon G Jewels, saying she felt like Cinderella.

Stylish guests at the bash included America Ferrera and new fiancƩe Ryan Piers William, a pregnant Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott, Teri Hatcher, Jaime King and husband, Cheryl Burke, Lisa Rinna, Stephanie Pratt and Raven Symone among many others.

Do you think Cheryl was trying to convince Teri to give DWTS a try?

We know Teri has some fancy moves ā€“ she did some exotic dancing on Desperate Housewives. I think it would be great to see her on Dancing With the Stars. What do you think??

Pure DWTS 2011 – Mark Ballas’ Hopeful Celebrity Contenders For Next Season & More

Mark Ballas talked with MTV Seven over the weekend about Dancing With The Stars. He sums up his journey with Chelsea saying this last Season was about “artistry”. He then talks of who he’d like to see on the show next Season. He mentions Jennifer Aniston and Jim Carrey as being his hopefuls. Mark also talks on his music and how he’d like to work with American Idol stars Casey Abrams and Pia Toscano in the future. Check it out and more below.

DWTS Season 12 – Our Dancing Stars Do The Regis And Kelly Show

Yesterday our Final three couples were guests on The Regis And Kelly Show. All three were interviewed and Hines, Kym, Chelsea, and Mark danced for the audience as well (not sure why Kirstie and Maks didn’t dance too, but, believe me, their interview makes up for it!). Note how Derek Hough’s name came up in all three segments (since Regis jokes he wants to dance with him next Season lol).

Pure DWTS 2011 – Tom Bergeron Rates Season 12, Dishes On Maksim Chmerkovskiy’s Return, & Announces Date For Season 13

I can’t embed this video or audio, but, Tom Bergeron was interviewed by Popwatch in his dressing room after the show Tuesday night (his dressing room is cool). In the audio, Tom talks about the Mirror Ball Trophy and the season as a whole. Overall, Tom was happy with Season 12 and how it had some of the highest ratings compared to other Seasons. He gave it an 8 1/2 rating. He dishes about some of the teasing between cast members and how much this cast will miss each other. He also mentions Maks and how he is retiring the pinch he gave Tom every week which alludes to how Maks might not be coming back next Season (please say it isn’t so. šŸ™ ).
