How about Jonathan Stewart of the Carolina Panthers for Dancing With The Stars? I say heck yeah. Even if Jonathan might be just goofing around, you never know if TPTB might make him an offer if they see this? Thanks to DWTSGossip for the fun find.
I meant to post on this yesterday and got side tracked. Anyway, People is reporting Teresa Giudice was in talks to do Dancing With The Stars Season 22, but, she said no.
Teresa Giudice won’t be stepping onto the Dancing with the Stars stage.
A source tells PEOPLE that the Bravo star was in talks to be on the next season of the hit dance competition series but “she didn’t do it because she didn’t want to be away from her girls.”
“Her focus is family,” the source adds. “Her kids are in school and she would not have wanted to be away from them, even for a couple days a week. She sacrificed a nice paycheck to be home with her girls.”
A DWTS insider says no formal offer was ever made.
More at People. I have to say…I’m not too heart broke on this news.
Is it possible model Amy Willerton is going to dance on Season 22 of Dancing With The Stars? Thanks to DWTSGossip for this find.

US Weekly finally posted the article about Jodi Sweetin dancing on the new season of Dancing With The Stars online which we posted about yesterday via the Daily Mail. Note too how they also report John Stamos and Lori Loughlin have turned down Dancing With The Stars. Dang…I love these two.
Stephanie Tanner is getting her turn in the spotlight. Fuller House’s Jodie Sweetin has signed on for season 22 of ABC’s Dancing With the Stars, an insider reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly.
Less enthusiastic about hitting the ballroom: Uncle Jesse and Aunt Becky. Says a source, “John Stamos and Lori Loughlin have turned down the show.”
Interesting tweet below by Olympic Gold Medalist Dominique Moceanu (thanks to Miss Heidi for the find). The gymnast is campaigning to dance on Dancing With The Stars. Not sure if this will pan out, but, we like to cover our bases ….especially when it comes to a Olympic gymnasts. You can read more on Dominique here.
The Daily Mail via US Weekly is reporting Jodie Sweetin has signed on to dance in Dancing With The Stars Season 22. Oh, I hope this is true. She sounded very interested last season when Courtney talked with her. Remember this interview? If not, be sure to see it.
ETA: You can now see the US Weekly article here.
Better crack out those bright blue spandex leggings, because Stephanie Tanner is getting her chance to shine again.
With less than a month until Fuller House hits Netflix, it has been revealed Jodie Sweetin is about to have a very big 2016.
Us Weekly reports the 34-year-old has signed up to be part of the latest season of Dancing With The Stars.
An insider told the magazine that Jodie will be getting her ballroom on come March 21 when season 22 airs on ABC.
Jodie has danced since even before she even appeared on cult hit Full House and her character Stephanie was no stranger to busting out a move or two.
Well, this is a stretch, but, being we learned last season that Alfonso Ribeiro is helping with casting for Dancing With The Stars, I thought it would be fun to post on the tweets below from he and Mike Tolbert of the Carolina Panthers. Apparently, Mike loves dancing and it’s something he takes seriously too. I wonder if he’d be up for Dancing With The Stars in the Spring? Would you like it if Mike danced? I think he’d be fun!

I see you @miketolbert35

Tolbert is one of the league’s best fullbacks as well. He was voted to Pro Bowl for the second time in two years. What he can do as a runner, receiver out of the backfield and blocker is invaluable.
Dancing is just a hobby, but one he takes seriously.
Tolbert is just as likely to break out in dance during practice or in the locker room as he is after a touchdown.
“Tolbert takes the crown,” tight end Ed Dickson said. “He’s more outgoing. He’s willing to open up and do a dance in a split second. If you say let’s have a dance competition, he’s the one that would show his stuff.
“The rest of us would maybe shy away.”

Check out this interesting tweet by ABC’s Chasing Life’s Italia Ricci. Is it possible she’s been asked to do the next season of dancing With The Stars….especially for how it’s worded? Not sure, but, we better put her on Watch Out! Thanks to Dee for the heads up!
And so a new “Bachelor” for Dancing With The Stars rumor begins. E Online is reporting Ben Higgins is open to anything….and even to dancing on Dancing With The Stars. E Online also reports that Kaitlyn Bristowe (who was in talks to dance last season) is still open to the idea of dancing too. What do you think? Do you like the idea of these two dancing? I’m not sure, but, I think Ben is kind of cute? Heidi, what do you think?
Heidi: I think Kaitlyn blew her chance, actually. Most Bachelors/Bachelorettes are very old news by the time the “next season” rolls around. You have to strike while the iron is hot. Her iron ain’t so hot any more. Ben, on the other hand, will likely be VERY popular and I can see him on the show. Young, handsome, and down to earth (for now). I like both of them and wouldn’t mind seeing them on the show, but I think Ben is the only one with a real shot…unless they take both of them since they “dated” on her season of the show. Of course, both are in the “wishful thinking” category right now, and not in actual rumor territory – but I would be very surprised if Ben isn’t considered for next season. DWTS has a pattern. 😉
While the 27-year-old software salesman has yet to officially make his debut on The Bachelor (the premiere is on Monday, Jan. 4), Ben is already looking at life after his televised journey for love comes to end. And it may just include a trip to Dancing With the Stars’ ballroom for its next season.
When asked if he would ever consider joining DWTS while on a conference call with reporters, America’s most eligible bachelor had the perfect answer.
“I think I’m excited about what experiences are next in life. Just like I never expected to be on The Bachelorette, I never expected to be the Bachelor, I don’t know what to expect next and I’m open to anything,” he said. “I have a great life. I love my life here in Denver. I don’t want to chance my life, but if there’s opportunity to enhance it, I’m all for it!”
Translation: Ben is SO in if DWTS is.
Last season, Kaitlyn Bristowe was in talks to join the cast. While it ultimately didn’t happen, a source told us, “The timing isn’t right, but she loves the show and hopes to keep the door open for another season down the road.”
We reported on this rumor at the end of November. Now I’m starting to wonder if this might come true? According to another new interview with TMZ, New York Giant Giant Rashad Jennings is not only interested in dancing on Dancing With The Stars, but, he’s in talks with producers. Listen below how he’ll even know in a couple of days….
