If you live in Britain, be sure to pick up a new copy of Hello! Magazine. Elena Samodanova and Gleb Savchenko are featured on the cover. There is also an interview inside about Gleb, Elena, and his Strictly Come Dancing’s partner Anita Rani. Here’s a take from the link. Too fun…

Strictly’s sizzling new heart-throb Gleb Savchenko has told how he is enjoying having two women in his life. In his first interview along with his wife Elena Samodanova, the 31-year-old Russian dancer who is partnered with TV presenter Anita Rani, tells HELLO! magazine: “It’s great having two women in my life but one is work, the other is family. When I wake up in the morning, I go to work and dedicate all my time to Anita. And when I go home, I give all my love and time to my wife and daughter.”

Elena tells HELLO! she absolutely agrees with the thousands of viewers who have called him the “most attractive man ever”.

“I absolutely agree with them,” Elena tells HELLO! when asked what it is like to be married to a man whose physique and dancing have sent women all over the world into a frenzy. “He’s a really good-looking guy. The attention he gets happens everywhere he goes.”

Elena shares the secret of his appeal, by adding, “Gleb is also a really charming, warm and caring person. He is a wonderful father to our four-year-old daughter Olivia and a great husband. That’s the secret. Any woman would want the person he is,” says Elena, 31, a talented choreographer who dances professionally with her husband, and is a judge on Russia’s Dancing with the Stars.

PureDWTS Season 20 Semi-Finals Night One: Scores, Media, Interviews, And A New POLL (VOTE)

Wow, last night’s show was one of the best shows I have ever seen in all my time watching Dancing With The Stars. The Judges Choice dances took the couples and the show to a whole new level. So, what do you think: Would you like to see them bring back the Judges Choice dances again in the future like I would? VOTE in our new Poll and let us know.

Moving on, let’s examine the scores from last night again….

Riker Lynch & Allison Holker – 80 (40/40)
Nastia Liukin & Derek Hough – 80 (40/40)
Rumer Willis & Valentin Chmerkovskiy – 78 (38/40)
Noah Galloway & Sharna Burgess – 76 (36/40)

Next, how about some media? If you go to ABC, the Daily Mail, and Entertainment Tonight, you can view some beautiful photos and a special segment on Noah and his proposal.

As for the interviews….first, go to E News. All four couples are interviewed on the night. It was an emotional one for them all in different ways and everyone is happy with last night’s dances. And here are some more interviews (we’ll add more interviews to each section as soon as more are released)….

Afterbuzz TV:

Access Hollywood:

Got Pap (I couldn’t resist posting Maks and Peta seen after the show):

Keep checking back for updates and thanks for everything for reading, commenting, and all of your love and support for this site!! xx

POPTVDotCom (you can see Gleb Savhcenko, Elena Samodanova, and Adelina Sotnikova too!):

GMA:

ETA2: Fox News also talked with the couples. Be sure to see the link for more, but, below is a take…

Derek Hough was finally able to dance again for a complete number with Liukin after an injury marred his “DWTS” season and pro Sasha Farber had stepped in.

While Hough danced most of the routine, mentor Goodman did a few moves with Liukin at the end in a performance paying tribute to the veteran judge’s life.

On-the-mend Hough hopes to perform with Liukin if they make it to the finals, and the Olympian told reporters: “I think at the beginning of the season, I was more like, oh, the scores and the placement and now…Derek’s injury, and seeing the pain he’s been in…it’s taught me life is about the journey.”

ETA3: Here is a You Tube version of Noah and Sharna with Entertainment Tonight. Thanks to Andrea for the find…

Afterbuzz TV With Gleb Savchenko And Elena Samodanova Review Dancing With The Stars Season 20 Week 8

This week Elena Samodanova and Gleb Savchenko joined the Afterbuzz TV gang to review Dancing With The Stars Season 20 Week 8! It was so cool to get a perspective from Gleb and Elena being they have danced and/or judged in other countries (here, Australia, India, recently Russia…and soon the UK). I found them fascinating with their knowledge and insights. They were refreshing and articulate with their reviews and thoughts of each couple. I especially loved how Gleb and Elena praised Sharna and Derek for their choreography. Gleb even called Derek “extraordinary”.

Other notes:
-Note that Gleb and Elena are only in Los Angeles for two weeks. Next week, Gleb plans to take his DWTS Russia partner Adelina Sotnikova to Dancing With The Stars on Monday and Tuesday. So, look for them in the audience.

-Elena also talked about judging DWTS Russia and what it was like to judge Gleb and Adelina (wouldn’t she make a cool judge here? I love her!).

– Gleb also talked of doing Strictly Come Dancing this Fall in the UK and then they are returning to back to Los Angeles. Gleb said he hopes to dance in Dancing With The Stars Season 22 here.

-Also note that Kristyn said Kym Johnson won’t be dancing on our version of Dancing With The Stars next season. She is going back to Australia to judge.

Lots more below. Excellent show with a lot of cool information. Let us know what you think as always….

ETA: Part of the video below has been edited. Not sure why, but, during the live stream when they were talking about the Derek, Nastia, and Sasha’s trio, Gleb again mentioned Derek’s musicality in his choreography and how he can create around the song(fast and slow) and that you don’t see that level of choreography very often because you have to be “extraordinary”. So, keep that in mind while you listen.

ETA2: You can listen to an audio version of the entire show (unedited) at this link. The part that was missing in the video below can be heard at the 42:14 mark. Thanks to Angie for letting us know.

ETA3: Kristyn tweeted there were “transmission issues” and that’s why they had to edit the video. You can also listen to the Podcast at iTunes.
