Cloris Leachman In Hospital with Pneumonia

Written by: John

Reuters is reporting that Cloris Leachman has been hospitalized with pneumonia.

Oscar winning actress Cloris Leachman, who saw a resurgence in her popularity recently on the TV show “Dancing with the Stars,” has been hospitalized for pneumonia, celebrity TV show Entertainment Tonight reported on Monday.

Leachman, 82, became the oldest contestant ever when she appeared on this season’s “Dancing with the Stars” in the United States, in which celebrities are paired with professional dancers and compete in ballroom dancing.

She won a large fan base for her good sense of humor on the program, but was eliminated sixth in the competition.

Some have asked if Dancing with the Stars has a curse with all of these people getting injured (see Misty May, Kim K, and many other injuries too numerous to list.

Of course, I don’t believe in curses in general. However, even if I did believe in curses, I think it’s easy to see while there are all these injuries. It’s called people who are not usually active and bending like gumby actually doing those things. Welcome to dancing!!

Dancing with the Stars Elimination Show - September 30,2008

Written by: John

Check out Jessica Simpson on Dancing with the Stars. She’s gone country…ok enough of that. The Judges Choice was by far the most memorable dance from last night. I think the black pleather and Kym’s ability to lean back like the Matrix makes the Matrix dance the best.

Jeffrey Ross and Edyta Śliwińska Eliminated - Dancing with the Stars

Written by: John

Jeffrey Ross and Edyta Śliwińska were elimnated from Dancing with the Stars before they were even able to perform their quickstep. That has to suck for Jeffrey Ross to practice so much and not get the chance to perform it. I think I can also speak for all men when I say that I’m sad we won’t get to see much of Edyta this season. Jeffrey also made me laugh so I’m sad to see him go too.

For those dancers that remain, check out the videos of their Quickstep and Mambo dances:

I’m missing Lance and Kim’s videos, but I’ll update it if I’m able to find it.

Dancing with the Stars Season 7 Premiere

Written by: John

An exciting marathon of dancing on the Dancing with the Stars Season 7 premier episode. ABC really is lucky to have this show. It’s such an interesting mix of talent. Here’s a link to find a tonight’s list of all the songs and music from Dancing with the Stars.

Who were your favorite dancers? I’m not sure I have a rock solid favorite. One thing is happening for me. The professional dancers are becoming stars in their own right. I think I’m voting as much for the professional dancer as I am the stars.

Kim Kardashian on David Letterman Discusses Foot Injury

Written by: John

So many people seem to hate Kim Kardashian. I guess I can understand why when you think of all the crazy things that Kim Kardashian does, but I thought this little interview with David Letterman wasn’t bad. I hope she doesn’t win Dancing with the Stars, but it will be a lot of fun to see her dance on the show.

Here’s the video of Kim Kardashian on David Letterman

It should be fun to see how much Kim is hurting on the premier of Dancing with the Stars.
