Dancing With The Stars’ co-host Brooke Burke was a guest on Good Morning America today to promote her two new fitness DVDS: “Transform Your Body with Brooke Burke – Strengthen & Condition” and “Transform Your Body with Brooke Burke – Tone & Tighten” . Cameron Mathison visits with her and decides to see if she “practices what she preaches” with her work out routines. Was he able to keep up with her? No. 😀 They also discuss the next season of Dancing With The Stars. Everyone keeps asking her on the cast, but, her and Tom don’t know anything yet. They call Tom just to make sure he’s not holding out. LOL! Brooke mentions the rumors she’s heard like Paula Deen, Pee Wee Herman, and Richard Simmons. At the end, they run into legendary actor Dick Van Dyke. They ask if he’d like to do some work out moves with Brooke and he says he’s too over the hill. Too cute and a must see!
Just a couple of TV mentions! Don’t forget Derek Hough and Carrie Ann Inaba will be guesting and helping Kelly Ripa to co-host ‘LIVE! With Kelly’ this coming week in Hawaii. Derek just landed in Hawaii. He’s been posting some cool instagrams at his twitter account already such as this beautiful scene from his hotel below.

Fit Bottomed Girls has a new interview up with Dancing With The Stars pro Lacey Schwimmer. Lacey talks of how working with Lady Foot Locker’s VIP Program has enabled her to help all women feel good about their bodies! She also comments that there is no one style of dancing is “better” than another when trying to keep toned and fit….”just remember to move! Close your eyes and dance like there is no one in the room!” She gives more advise in a take below….
FBG: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?LS: Be myself; don’t try to be something you are not. It’s helped me stay grounded in this crazy world!
FBG: What’s the No. 1 tip you can give our readers to be healthier, happier and more fit?
LS: I know I say this a lot, but its so true: just keep moving! If you’re having trouble doing my videos, just walk around the block for a few days, get your stamina going and work up to my videos. Who knows? Maybe someday you will be on DWTS!
