DWTS 11, Week 3 Media – Video

The next few videos are from ABC’s Local LA Affiliate. I’ve selected a few, follow the link to see all of them.

Maks, Brandy and Val – no this is not where Maks pisses me off. He’s fine here and I agree with everything he says. 🙂

Karina and The Sitch

Derek and Jennifer

Maks and Brandy on ET – Gee, Maks, hypocrite much?? “DWTS screwed up and had professional dancers on in the past.” Let’s see, Maks. Most recently is Nicole, if I’m guessing what you’re saying. But Nicole was no more a “professional dancer” than Sabrina, Mya (although as someone who taught tap she was close) and…..MEL B!!! And many more. You know, he never complains when the professional is his partner. Dude, you wouldn’t have won with Erin if Nicole hadn’t been there – Evan would have won. No, this actually wasn’t the video that ticked me off earlier in the week either. 🙂 I can’t seem to find that one – the one where he throws every other couple under the bus by claiming that he and Brandy are one of the few couples who actually get along. Right. :::eye roll:::

I'm a nerd and proud of it. Two degrees in geology also means I love BEER. :-) I'm also a Derek lover - proud of that too. So don't scream at those of us on this site and call us a bunch of "biased Derek-lovers" - it's just ME. :-) It may sound like I hate DWTS at times, but really, I'm just a snarky nitpicker from way back. And I'm cynical and jaded too. But I do love DWTS. :-)

Dancing with the Stars 11, Week 4 – Monday/Tuesday Night Countdown Media

Would you like to see what Cheryl and Maks say and have planned for their partners Rick Fox and Brandy this upcoming Monday night? ET gives us a glimpse…

ET’s there as NBA star Rick and his pro-partner Cheryl rehearse the Argentine tango, which Cheryl promises will be “sophisticated and sensual and romantic and very classy.”  “But with machismo!” Rick adds. How will the duo heighten their routine’s sensuality? “[Through] the choreography, really, and the music is really cool. And lots of passion,” Cheryl says.

On the set of an “OK!” Photoshoot, Brandy calls Maks a “Diva”. It’s hilarious watching this exchange and Maks getting a little uncomfortable. I love how Brandy can do that to him. She talks on her love for the costumes and more as well. Here’s ET’s exclusive video on all of this coverage;

You can see some cool pics and more of Brandy’s upcoming photoshoot with “OK!” (where Maks makes a special appearance) at Toyaz World.

Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino crashed The Ellen Show yesterday showing his sexy moves with Karina. Check them out! They are hilarious.

This episode will air on Monday, Oct. 11th.

In other Monday “countdowns”, Carrie Anne tweeted lastnight that it’s “Double score Night” which is going make things even more interesting, isn’t it?

Hope the #DWTS contestants are getting ready for a good night on MOnday – it’s double score night on #DWTS!!!! Technique and Performance

Also, according to The LA Times Florence + The Machine are performing on Tuesday night’s results show. If you didn’t see her on the VMAs this year, they blew the house down.

The London-based singer is tapped for the special “Acoustic Week” theme in which she will give a rendition of her hit “Dog Days Are Over” during Tuesday’s result show.

Dancing with the Stars – Season 11 Vegas Odds: Who will win?

Despite some very close scoring on the third episode of Dancing With The Stars, the bookmakers in Las Vegas are now favoring ‘Dirty Dancing’ star Jennifer Grey as the dancer to beat despite her nerves getting the best of her this past Monday a little and her and Derek’s lower scores. Here is what the Las Vegas Odds are showing as of right now. Note how Brandy has fallen on the list. Is this an over-reaction despite suggestions in the media that she is ‘not popular with the general public in the US’? Same with Mike Sorrentino who seems to be winning the hearts of many of us?

Option     Win Odds
Jennifer Grey     +100
Rick Fox     +300
Kurt Warner     +500
Audrina Patridge     +900
Kyle Massey     +1200
Brandy     +1400
Bristol Palin     +1800
Mike Sorrentino     +3300
Florence Henderson     +6600
