On Good Morning America today, Melissa Rycroft reveals the weight-loss secrets behind Dancing With The Stars. It’s no wonder why so many of the celebrities lose weight when they burn 250 calories an hour while rehearsing 30+ hours a week. They owe the weight loss to the Dancing With The Stars diet as well. Very interesting!
And here I thought DWTS was sending a healthy message that if you move your lazzzy azz, you’ll get fit. 🙁
Oh joy, Melissa is back… Ummmm, Marie Osmond lost 40 pounds? Maybe some of that was from dancing but the rest was from her weight loss program… Just a tad off with that statement I think.
