DWTS17 TV Ratings For November 11th -17th, Most Watched TV Show Monday Night

Hey, just a little TV ratings update from ABC Media Net. They aren’t that much different this week from last week’s ratings though it’s pretty amazing that for the FOURTH week in a row, Dancing With The Stars was the most watched entertainment show on Monday night. Not bad viewing numbers either considering the show was pre-empted by local NFL coverage in Boston and Charlotte.

Please Note: ABC’s Monday line-up was pre-empted in Boston and Charlotte for local NFL coverage (3.1% of the U.S.).

“Dancing with the Stars” (8:00-10:00 p.m. – 14.5 million and 2.3/6 in AD18-49):

Building its numbers in the semi-finals, ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” was Monday’s most-watched entertainment show for the 4th week in a row. Leah Remini was the next celebrity dancer eliminated this season.

And below are the overall Top 15 Shows from November 11th -17th from The Star Tribune via Nielson’s TV ratings. Note how Dancing With The Stars placed at 9th again! Outstanding once again!!

2. “Sunday Night NFL Pre-Kick,” NBC, 19.92 million.

3. “NCIS,” 19.37 million.

PureDWTS New Guest Poem For Week 10: “A Marvelous Maksim-Um Monday Night”

Our resident poet, Lois, is back with another one of her energetic poems and this time for Dancing With The Stars week 10! She puts it all into perspective. Well done again, Lois!

MY POEM FOR WEEK TEN

A MARVELOUS MAKSIM-UM MONDAY NIGHT!

The semi-finals was A MARVELOUS MAKSIM-UM MONDAY NIGHT!
MAKSIM CHMERKOVSKIY returned in a blaze of glory, a glorious sight

This was deemed by the ballroom as MAKSIM’S “JUDGE”MENT DAY
He took his place of honor with Carrie Ann, Len, Bruno, came to play

The opening was fit for a KIng, a Golden Masked Ball, a sparkling fete
The dancers whirling, twirling, and swirling, a sparkling, sensational feat

A twist of the music faced the dancers, two versions of the same song
Two dances were performed, a comparison struck as they went along

The Cha-Cha-Cha of Bill and Emma, bloomed with fit syncopation beat
Their Argentine Tango oozed passion, intensity, a floating, very sexy treat

The Tango of Corbin and Karina afire with a fiery, ferocious, fierce tone
Their Rumba strikingly beautiful with magical movements, as if all alone

The Paso Doble of Leah and Tony high-stepping, neat, sharp, precise
Their Argentine Tango to a string ensemble, soaring with lifts so nice

The Jazz by Derek, Amber, a happy, slappy, snappy, clappy, hand jive
Their Viennese Waltz tempting, teasing, tantalizing, twirling, came alive

The Jazz by Jack and Cheryl, a razz-ma-tazzled, snazzle-jazzled dance
Their Argentine Tango full of dynamic, intense, daring, passion, romance

The dancing complete on A MARVELOUS MAKSIM-UM MONDAY NIGHT
Leah and Tony eliminated one week short in the Mirror Ball Trophy fight

Next week the Fabulous Two-Night Finale, Monday and Tuesday will be
A superb, spectacular, scintillating, stunning two nights of Must-See TV!

DWTS Cheryl Burke On Jack Osbourne: “He’s bigger than what this is all about. He’s an inspiration”

Cheryl Burke has penned her new blog. She writes of being so thankful and excited to be in the Dancing With The Stars finals with Jack Osbourne. They plan to work hard this week and do the best they can. Below is more from Life & Style Magazine.

We knew Bill Engvall was going to be safe because he’s been safe now for the last few weeks. Leah Remini [editor’s note/spoiler alert: Leah and her partner, Tony Dovolani, went home] has such a strong fan base, so I didn’t really know where everything would stand. We’re trying to work our hardest and stay as humble as possible, but it’s just an amazing feeling to know that people are rooting for Jack.

I’ve said that I think people often forget that he has Multiple Sclerosis. Everyone really saw that this week and I got really emotional last night. Reality just hit all of a sudden. I’ve never had a partner like Jack before. He’s bigger than what this is all about. He’s an inspiration. Thank God we had a commercial break after that touching package aired!

Believe it or not, he’s not nervous. He’s going to thrust now that we’re in the finals. It’s been such an amazing ride. Whatever happens from here, happens from here. We’re going to enjoy this moment. Don’t get me wrong, we’re going to work hard and going to try and do the best we can do, but at the end of the day, I’m just so proud of him.

Loves loves these two!
