I’m loving that James is getting all this coverage going into premiere night. And by the looks of his shirt he’s all IN.

I agree, Sandy. James is definitely low on the totem pole in terms of recognition, so the more he can put himself out there, the better shot he has at nabbing some casual voters.
I just hope TPTB do his personality justice on the show so that the general audience, who doesn’t frequent sites like these, is able to connect with him as well.
I honestly think most of this season contestants can shine if tptb don’t put too much emphasis on Laurie and Val like they usually do with any of Val’s partner. I’m going to be soo pissed if they say Val might win on the first night. He has the ringer of the season. Why not let it be and let his work speak for himself instead of giving him praises like he’s god of DWTS. I don’t know what Rob Wade sees in him. Listen tptb, Val doesn’t have the “it” factor. Just accept it and move on to other pro who might have the potential.
Go Hinch! I think James is doing an excellent job getting the word out to his IndyCar base. If they’re on board and voting in the key early weeks, he and Sharna have time to widen their appeal to the broader DWTS audience.
