So the first season 27 couple revealed is…Nancy McKeon & Val:

My initial thoughts: she seems like she’s been out of the spotlight for awhile, and seems like she’s only known for being Jo on The Facts of Life. Probably a bit more D-list, but seems like she’s got a good energy about her – can Val deal with another partner that isn’t an outward ringer, and also doesn’t really have an inspiring backstory? This…could be interesting.
