Dancing with the Stars Season 28, Week SIX – Who’s Dancing What…and When??

Well, this week there is no theme that’s actually called out, but it seems like there should be one, when you look at the list of songs in the press release. 🙂

The show will open with the couples entering the ballroom to “Celebration” by Kool & The Gang. In addition, the cast of Dancing with the Stars – Live Tour 2020 will perform a dance choreographed by Emmy® Award-winning Mandy Moore. The nationwide tour kicks off Jan. 9 in Richmond, Virginia. Vying for America’s vote, each couple will dance to a variety of songs including Carrie Underwood’s “Southbound,” Wham!’s “Wake Me Up Before You Go-Go,” Whitney Houston’s “I Have Nothing,” Queen’s “Somebody to Love,” Stevie Wonder’s “Part-Time Lover,” Lewis Capaldi’s “Someone You Loved,” among others.

I would say 80’s if not for Carrie Underwood. I would say classics…if not for Carrie Underwood. I would say…well, never mind. 🙂 I guess we’re doing contemporary and jazz every week now – if only all the pros could choreograph a decent one. I thought Hannah was the favored one – that’s what everyone keeps telling me. But she’s got the hardest dance this week and hasn’t had a “gimme” dance in a couple weeks – if ever. Interesting that Lauren and Sailor get the contemporary and jazz, respectively. Everyone else has their work cut out for them. Although I think Kate will do well. I think Karamo is probably screwed. James should be fine…hopefully.
