Good Reveal Day morning, Ya’ll!! Finally the tedium of the Day by Day (kinda sorta) reveal is over and it will all be out there for everyone to obsess over. If you haven’t been here in a while, or have never been here before, please do us the courtesy of reading the DWTS Season 21 Reveal Day-by-Day post and ALL of the comments before commenting here. It’s not fun for us to answer questions that have been asked (and answered) 500 times. ESPECIALLY if it’s something easily googled. Really, people, google is a wonderful thing. I’ve also added links to previous posts for couples that were revealed previously, so you have them for easy reference.
ETA: Figured out why Derek, at least, isn’t in NYC. His new TV show with Julianne and Maria Menounos started shooting last night. Yes, they turned their holiday dance battles into an ABC show. Very enterprising people, the Houghs…and Maria. I would imagine that the pros who are not present had other plans – and the power to say “can’t do it”. Or perhaps rehearsing with the celeb out of town who had previous plans, ala Allison.
ETA2: They brought out most of the announced celebs – those who could be there, obviously – and same with the pros. Looked like Val was expecting more of an ovation.

So don't scream at those of us on this site and call us a bunch of "biased Derek-lovers" - it's just ME. :-) It may sound like I hate DWTS at times, but really, I'm just a snarky nitpicker from way back. And I'm cynical and jaded too. But I do love DWTS. :-)
Yes, that’s right. As we reported yesterday, DWTS is going to be revealing one celebrity per day this week, starting today. We’re going to pseudo live blog it so that you can see who the celeb is as soon as we know them. Then, down below that, we’re going to take a stab at guessing who their partner might be. Now, if they actually reveal the partner along with the celeb (I tend to doubt it, since they’ll want maximum DRAMA along with a bigger announcement on September 2) we’ll simply change that table to reflect that.
ETA: Just teased it with a woman with longish hair behind a screen. Said a “wild choice”. Hmmmm….guesses?
ETA2: I shoulda got that. 🙂
ETA3: Reveal #2 coming up TODAY (Tuesday) at 6pm eastern on ESPN2!! Which sports figure will it be??
ETA4: According to the DWTS Official site the 2nd celebrity is Victor Espinoza. Awesome. I love him! ~Vogue
ETA5: Per the Backstreet Boys Facebook Page, Nick Carter is confirmed as the 3rd cast member for this season, and a source has confirmed that his partner is Sharna. Source also confirms that Victor is with Karina, and that Mark is with Alexa Vega. Allegedly, 2 celebs are supposed to be announced tonight on Extra…or Inside Edition…or something like that. Man, this is a clusterf*ck… -Court-
ETA6: Per DWTS360 on Twitter, Witney got Alex Vega’s husband (and Big Time Rush member) Carlos Pena. As was guessed by Jordan in comments. 😉
ETA7: We were discussing this a few days ago (and we had reported a rumor on him in July), but now we legit think that Andy Grammer MIGHT be on this season. Please note the word MIGHT.
ETA8: It’s official. Via his instagram Hayes Grier is dancing on Dancing With The Stars. ~Vogue
ETA9: ET Online confirms that both Alexa Vega & her husband, Carlos Pena Jr., are in; E! claims Kim Zolciak has joined the cast.
ETA10: E! News is claiming that Derek and Bindi showed up for rehearsal together. I don’t really take this as definite confirmation though – after all there are several studios there and couples could be rehearsing at the same time.
ETA11: And Chaka Kahn is confirmed via DWTS Twitter.
ETA12: And with this tweet, Andy Grammer is officially confirmed for this season’s cast…but this tweet from DWTSGossip does make me wonder if he’ll be paired with Peta after all…
ETA13: Oh jesus. Gary Busey. Well, at least I don’t have to stay up for Jimmy Kimmel, thanks to someone at the taping caping the in studio feed.

ETA4: A trusted source confirmed that Emma got Hayes (which we had pretty much guessed by his suspicious following & unfollowing on Twitter). Andy also confirmed in an interview that he got Peta, but that she was injured and he might have to dance with someone else….who Kristyn says will be Lindsay, should Peta sit this one out. Hence the ** 🙂
ETA5: It would figure that as soon as I update, the news changes 😛 Per People, Peta is out for the season – looks like Lindsay’s getting a second chance at pro! 😀
ETA13: Well, thanks to the detective work of DWTSGossip and Kristyn Burtt, it looks like Allison is Minnesota…as is Andy Grammer for a concert. Lindsay Arnold is…where? On the plane with the rest of the gang. Honestly, I can’t work up any excitement any more. This crap has worn me out and the season hasn’t even started yet.
