More DWTS13 Rumors Erica Durance to Dance On Dancing With The Stars?
Thanks to John for having such a watchful eye. Today in the comments section at a USA Today link talking about Dancing With The Stars, he read that a radio DJ had said Erica Durance might be a possible contender to dance. Below are the exact words from the commenter….
A DJ on a local radio station mentioned hearing that Erica Durance who played Lois Lane on Smallville was a possibility.
As the commenter said, Erica plays “Lois Lane” in the Superman inspired TV series Smallville. Wow, now wouldn’t this be a good one if it comes true?

I have no idea who she really is (obviously not a big Smallville fan), but that’s a pretty picture. I’d like to watch her dance. Plus, I love getting to know stars likt this better. DWTS does a great job of that.

Humina humina humina… Smack me upside the head and sing “Sweet Sister Sally”! OMG!!! Erica Durance is one of the HOTTEST women alive and she is arguably the best Lois Lane out there! I would love for this to be true! I am subscribed to a YT channel called NancyDrew37 and she had nothing but praises for her in her Smallvile recaps. Wishing and hoping this one comes true! And yes, I’d love to see what my boy (aka Dawwg in guy terms) Derek would do with her!
OMG!! I want this to be true so badly. Seriously, she has said in a couple of interviews she loves DWTS, it would be awesome to have her on the show, and even more awesome if she’s paired with my fav. dancer: Derek Hough! Hope this one is true!

where are all the male rumors ! So far, it’s only been Rob K (who I bet is in) and Ron Artest (who says he’s definitely NOT), and Bobby Flay and Chaz Bono (who I’m guessing are both no-go). We need more men to balance things out! Bring on the testosterone !!! surely Rob K is not going to be the only one to represent the male contingent LOL
also, a little off topic here – somewhere I picked up that there would be an elimination the night after the premier ? I really hate to see anyone go home after only 1 dance, so I’m hoping that I got that wrong.

Linde im sad to say tyur right thats one of the few things actually posted on the DWTS website. Thing is when there is twelve somones gotta go after night one. Personally i’d rather have eleven and not see anyone go until week 2. Sucks.

I’v been trying to figure out the snooki situation but this seems like a confirmation to me. As for Hope Solo, it HAS to be DWTS. I think we know who Maks and Mark/Louis have as partners now (please be one of those two). That leaves one question though: who is derek, tony, and da others are going to get? My bet would be Krisitn C from the Hills for derek, Chyna for whoever doesn’t get Snooki (probably Louis), and Lee Merriweather for Tony. The female pros must feel in the dark right now since there has been a lack of male celbeb rumors outisde of Rob Kardashian and the ones this wonderful site told us about. Hopefully Rob gets Lacey though since I felt soo bad for her after Psycho Mike (his personality was great BUT she really got a dud).

WOW. This is a great info. I know this is just a possibility, but still… It’s really nice to see ERICA DURANCE got mentioned in a show that is not related to Smallville. Though, that picture was taken like in 2006. She looks more beautiful everyday.
She has her original hair color now, which is dark brown instead of blonde and she never look better. 
Unfortunately, I saw a tweet a bit ago that claimed this rumor is FALSE.
Heidi have you checked my link a previous post I think you would find it interesting because its an interview with Conrad saying DWTS is getting new stage, band area, modifications i think two the staircase! A bunch of crap basically for reasons beyond me.

why do successful TV shows feel impelled beyond reason to change something every single season? great ratings, good vibes, dedicated viewers, contestants lined up begging to do the show (fodder for many seasons to come!) – nope, not good enough … got to change something, anything. It’s like there’s a new head dog every season that’s gotta piss on everything to leave his/her mark. Enough already!
a moving staircase? quite a few of our celebs & pros have had trouble with that staircase when it’s stationary! Less rehearsal/training time + moving stage props = more than a few tumbles, i fear
