Don’t be so naive!! Derek Hough and Karina Smirnoff are not dating. Derek Hough is still dating Shannon Elizabeth and last I heard are quite happy together. Of course, that doesn’t stop the insane paparazzi from asking Derek and Karina if they’re dating now.
