In addition to healthy snacking, do something to get your heart rate up. “For me, it’s obviously dancing. During the off-season—when I’m not dancing, I’m either running on my treadmill or hiking. Just doing something that you love is really important. Switch it up—if I just run on the treadmill every day, my body gets so used to it, you don’t see any results.”
