Remember the Seattle Seahawk Russell Wilson rumors we’ve had in the past (if not, see here)? Well, I guess he told E News that he might be doing Dancing With The Stars (I wouldn’t mind if true. I love when football players dance). More in a Espy Red Carpet report below with Cheryl Burke. She weighs in on who she’d like to see dance too.
Did someone say “rumors” in comments yesterday (Narice?)? Well, Dancing With The Stars would be nothing without a Bachelor or Bachelorette rumor. According to Hollywood Reporter maybe Jojo will dance in Dancing With The Stars Season 23? I have to say, I’m liking this idea after seeing the instagram below. Let us know what you think in comments.
If Jojo’s two dancing dates (Dancing with the Stars season 23?) and her affinity for the color red tell us anything, it’s that she might just be the real-life incarnation of the dancing woman emoji after all.

Carrie Ann Inaba has written about Dancing With The Stars Week 6 at Access Hollywood. Wanya and Lindsay was her favorite this week. She gives advise to all the couples. She also talks on who was in the audience and more. Interesting for what she said on Leona Lewis. We better put her on our Rumor/Watch list.
ETA: According to a few fans in comments (thanks, Guys), Leona is dating Dennis Jauch (one of my new favorite dancers on the troupe). So, that may be why she’s been seen in the audience so much.
On a side note, I’ve seen Leona Lewis in the ballroom three times this season. I wonder if she is considering being a contestant on the show. Last night the audience was filled with fun folks. Michael Sam was in the house, Marissa Jaret Winokur an Lance Bass and Joey Fatone from *NSYNC all came for famous dances night. Famous Dance Night at DWTS can be a challenge because when you reenact an iconic dance, you are stepping into some very large shoes to fill. And last night’s dances were not easy dances to reenact. I would say the most difficult ones were, Michael Jackson’s “Bad,” choreographed by Jeffrey Daniels, Janet Jackson’s “Nasty,” choreographed by Paula Abdul, and Pink’s “Try,” choreographed by RJ Durell and Nick Florez. Because these dances were music videos, they were created to specifically highlight the singer’s unique style. They weren’t only about great dancing. The chore of the DWTS choreographer was to find a way to recreate these dances with their nonprofessional dancer and highlight what is great about them without losing what was great about the original. Once again, just a quick shout out to all the dancers who choreograph these routines every week.
Wanya and Lindsay were my favorite this week. That number was way too cool for school and has anyone noticed how thin Wanya is getting? He’s lost so much weight and he’s getting even better as he thins out. The choreography was incredible and really cool and innovative. They reminded us of the original performance with the intro but Lindsay and Wanya took it to a new level and owned that dance. They owned the night as far as I’m concerned. And Bruno agreed. Antonio came back with a bang… it was fun to see those feet in action. His Jive was very well suited for his athleticism. When he did those shuffles the beginning, his feel barely touched the ground. And that performance closed the night with a bang. I’m proud of him for what he taught us all about teamwork with his discussion with Sharna, but anyone who knows Sharna knows she’s 100% behind him and with him for the long haul. She’s a dedicated partner and he has nothing to worry about. But I will say that I (and the whole ballroom) were deeply moved by his teamwork speech. Go Steeler Nation.
Can’t wait for next week! Double Elimination. These couples better work hard this week and give us their best, because this season the competition is fierce. There is no consistent front-runner. It’s going to be a close race all the way to the end!

Once the book is out and the upcoming season of RHONJ gets underway in July, Teresa’s next gig may require her to spend time in California. Although she tells RTW that she’s not sure how she would be able to manage her four kids and compete on Dancing with the Stars, she is determined to go on the show.
When asked if she would join the show if asked again, Teresa said, “Of course I would. It’s one of my favorite shows.”
“I love Dancing with the Stars. It’s one of my favorites. They did ask me to be on it, but I couldn’t because I was doing Housewives … I would like to be on [the show], but I just don’t know how I’m going to do that with the four kids and going to California. But I would love to be on it.”
The current season (22) of DWTS wraps up in May, so it will be a few months before the cast rumors for Season 23 begin.

Hollywood Life is reporting Dancing With The Stars is eying Model Ashley Graham to dance. Keep in mind, Hollywood Life is a tabloid. For more on Ashley, see Wiki. So, what do you think? Do you like the thought of Ashley dancing? I usually like Models, so, I will say bring her on if true.
The spots on Season 22 of ‘Dancing With the Stars’ are filling up, but will Ashley Graham be taking one of them? HollywoodLife.com has the EXCLUSIVE scoop on whether or not the ‘Sports Illustrated’ model will compete on the show!
Ashley Graham, 28, seems to be everywhere we look these days, but will she be showing up on our TV screens during the upcoming season of Dancing With The Stars? ABC is eying the model for one of the final spots on Season 22…and HollywoodLife.com has EXCLUSIVELY learned if she plans to accept.
“There’s been talk about having Ashley Graham on,” an insider tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She’s someone the producers think could get a lot of buzz. The word is she’s interested, too, but it’s a matter of whether or not they can come to an agreement.”

Several of you in comments have been wondering if Ben Higgins is dancing on Dancing With The Stars Season 22. As you know this rumor has been around since the end of last season. Well, according to E Online, he’s still trying to decide.
Before the honeymoon comes a trip to the ballroom.
Choosing between his final two in The Bachelor’s March 14 finale isn’t the only major decision Ben Higgins has coming up in his life. Aside from the big Lauren B. vs. JoJo dilemma, it sounds like Ben needs to decide if he wants to compete on the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars, which premieres March 21 on ABC.
“I’m not against any opportunity that presents itself,” Ben told E! News’ Will Marfuggi about joining the cast of DWTS when we caught up with him at the Women Tell All special. “I need to analyze if that option was there to say, OK, is this the best thing for me?” I don’t know yet, I don’t. I don’t want to say this is the way I’m going to go with it because I haven’t decided.”
So wait, does that mean he’s already been offered a spot in the ballroom? ABC doesn’t comment on casting rumors, so we won’t know for sure until the cast is officially unveiled on March 8 on Good Morning America.

How about Denver Bronco Von Miller for Dancing With The Stars! In case you don’t know, Von is the current Super Bowl MVP ….and he also has a degree in poultry science (according to Court’s sister. lol)! To read more on Von, see Wiki. To read on his partner and more spoilers, see this post. Check out these moves…
And I thought this was cool from Gazette.com:
“Miller’s ideas, and those of his teammates, were clever enough to earn him the No. 1 ranking for sack dances last season, according to NFL.com. Given his reputation as a ready and willing sack dancer, it makes sense he will follow Jerry Rice and Hines Ward as NFL players-turned-contestants on ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars.”
How about Blac Chyna for the new season of Dancing With The Stars? Hollywood Life is reporting she wants to dance in the new season. Note that her boyfriend, Rob Kardashian, is said to approve of the idea. Also note that Hollywood Life is NOT a reliable source. Let us know what you think? I say PLEASE NO!
Heidi: I think I cry BS on this one. I do think she probably really wants to do the show (did anyone know who she was before she took up with Rob?), but I wouldn’t be at all surprised to find out that SHE is the source for the story, particularly the part where it says that “talks are being carried out”. It wouldn’t be the first time that a publicist planted something hoping to put a bug in a producers ear…or get a short burst of PR. If the producers go this route…ugh.
Blac Chyna, 27, might just be the latest to join next season’s Dancing With the Stars lineup. And you better believe she’s bringing the drama with her! In fact, she wants Scott Disick, 32, to join in on the action as she brings her Kardashian feud to the next level. Watch out world, the Blac/Kardashian tension is about to explode to new heights!
“Blac would love to do the next season of the show and talks are being carried out to make it a reality,” an insider revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. But Blac doesn’t want to the be only star on DWTS who’s associated with a Kardashian. “She would love to do the show with Scott Disick as well and the producers love that angle as well,” our sourced added. A Blac, Scott showdown? Now that is something we would LOVE to see — especially if it’s all done through dance! We have to hand it to Blac, this IS a pretty epic idea.
As you know from a previous report, Scott Disick is rumored to be considering an invite from Dancing With The Stars and at a hefty price. Since that time, US Weekly via an insider reported that Scott Disick won’t be dancing anytime soon and the producers would never give him $500,000. Well, Alfonso Ribeiro (who had some part in casting last season) had a few choice words to say about it as well. More below.
Listen to this new E News interview with Jodie Sweetin and Candice Cameron Bure and let us know what you think? Is Jodie Sweetin going to dance this season on Dancing With The Stars? I say…I bet she is….
