DWTS Executive Producer Conrad Green Comments On Rumor Cast And Producers Aren’t Happy With Erin Andrews

Have some of you seen the “Life & Style” article where they reported the cast and producers of Dancing With The Stars aren’t happy with Erin Andrews?

Insiders reveal to Life & Style DWTS producers aren’t too happy with their brand-new hire, Erin Andrews.

“She’s arrogant, obnoxious and difficult to deal with,” an insider explains to Life & Style, on newsstands now.

“She was always complaining about her costumes, bossing people around, late for rehearsals, late for makeup. Everything.”

“So far, Erin hasn’t made any friends,” another DWTS *insider reveals to the mag of their new co-host, who replaced longtime co-host *Brooke Burke-Charvet**.

“The cast and crew can’t wait for her to leave after each show.”

Well, Rumor Fix asked Executive Producer Conrad Green about it. Below is a quote with his reply back. Be sure to see Rumor Fix for more as Erin’s rep commented as well. E Online also has an article posted about it.

…but DWTS executive producer, Conrad Green, also tells RumorFix, “This report couldn’t be further from the truth. Erin and our entire cast have been getting on brilliantly.”

My thougths: Hmmm, I have to wonder if there isn’t some truth in it being many of us aren’t happy with Erin either and want Brooke BACK!!

Host Tom Bergeron Talks On The New Season Of Dancing With The Stars

E Online interviewed Tom Bergeron about Dancing With The Stars Season 18. In the interview, they ask him about Erin Andrews and the new Switch Up dance (sounds like he’s much like us about it?) which you can read about below. Lots more at the link including his thoughts about Brooke Burke Charvet and who he’s excited to see dance.

“Erin and I first worked together when we did the Scripps Spelling Bee for ABC back a few years ago,” Bergeron said. “She’s very energetic and smart and funny, and I think she’s going to bring all of that to the show.”

But he did have some advice for Andrews, which he shared with her over dinner.

“I just basically said to her, ‘Trust your gut, and if you want to—because we’re friends—take a shot at me.’ I was telling her about when Drew Lachey filled in some seasons ago for a few weeks, he would take these shots at me, and I love that, so I told her not to hold back.”

The other major change in store for fans is the new “Switch Up” twist, which will give America the chance to change up the dance partners. And some of the contestants have already expressed their dislike of the new twist, which pro Val Chmerkovskiy called “horrible.”

“I’m not sure yet how it’s going to play out. I don’t know if it’s just for a week or whatever they do it they’re going to do it for the balance of the season, so I’m kind of as curious as you and the dancers are, as to how this is going to play,” Bergeron said. “It’s either going to be very intriguing and exciting or a trainwreck.”

Former DWTS Brooke Burke Charvet Lands Role On ABC Family’s Hit Sitcom “Melissa & Joey”!

Good news for former Dancing With The Stars co-host Brooke Burke Charvet! She’s landed a part for two episodes on ABC Family’s hit sitcom “Melissa & Joey”! here is more from People.

Burke-Charvet has landed her first role after leaving Dancing With the Stars as a cohost, joining ABC Family’s hit sitcom Melissa & Joey, E! News has confirmed.

And it will be a DWTS reunion of sorts as both Melissa Joan Hart (season nine) and Joey Lawrence (season three) have competed on the ABC reality dancing competition.

In her two-episode arc, Burke-Charvet, a former DWTS champ, will take on the role of Felicia, Joe’s ex who will stir up trouble in his relationship with Mel.

Burke-Charvet’s episodes of the ABC Family sitcom will air June 4 and June 11.

PureDWTS Derek Hough And Brooke Burke Charvet To Be On Good Morning America On Monday

According to an ABC Press release, Derek Hough will be on Good Morning America for their Oscar broadcast on Monday, March 3rd (the day before the Dancing With The Stars cast announcement). Note how the release says Derek will be “dazzling the audience with his renowned choreography”. Also, all eyes on anything Derek might say about the new season of Dancing With The Stars if he’s interviewed about it? Note how former Dancing With The Stars co-host Brooke Burke will also be on the show to talk about the Oscar red carpet. Below is take from the link. Also, Heidi comments as well with her thoughts….

On Monday, March 3, Robin Roberts, George Stephanopoulos, Lara Spencer, Josh Elliott and Ginger Zee will anchor live from Los Angeles, showcasing all the highlights, plus exclusive interviews with some of the celebration’s big winners. Multi-Grammy winning musician John Legend will perform live in our studio after singing at last night’s star-studded Governors Ball. “Dancing with the Stars” professional dancer Derek Hough will dazzle the audience with his renowned choreography. Additionally, Brooke Burke-Charvet will join the team with behind-the-scenes dish from the red carpet, plus the fashion experts will weigh in on the night’s red carpet hits and misses. Heidi: I kinda sense a “let the audience down gently” moment. 🙂 Or perhaps an announcement of other kind? I can’t wait to find out.

DWTS Carrie Ann Inaba Speaks Out About Brooke Burke Charvet And Erin Andrews

Carrie Ann Inaba has spoken with E Online about Dancing With The Stars letting go of Brooke Burke and hiring Erin Andrews to take her place. Like us, Carrie Ann was shocked and saddened….

“I was floored,” Inaba told me at last night’s World Gold Council and LoveGold pre-Oscar party in honor of Oscar nominee Lupita Nyong’o. “I immediately texted her to see if she was OK.”

ABC announced on Monday that Burke-Charvet is being replaced by sports reporter Erin Andrews.

“We all know this kind of stuff happens in our business and we all have to be prepared and nothing’s forever and you have to be willing to change, but it was shocking,” Inaba continued. “I’m not going to lie—I was shocked and saddened.”

And here are Carrie Ann’s thoughts about Erin…

Describing Andrews as “really tough,” Inaba said, “I think it’s going to change the vibe of the show a little bit.

“I think that when she’s asking questions she’s going to push some buttons a little bit,” she said. “I’m curious to see how that’ll work.”

I’m curious about that too? I have to admit with all of the changes now, I’m getting such a dark feeling right now? Help Everyone. 🙁

New Brooke Burke Charvet Interview, A March 4th Cast Announcement for DWTS Season 18??

If you visit Utah4.com, you can listen to a new interview with Dancing With The Stars Brooke Burke Charvet at about the 6:50 minute mark. She talks with them a little about Dancing With The Stars. And note most importantly how she mentions the cast announcement and how she “thinks” it takes place on March 4th, but, she’s not sure.

Hmmm, fascinating and about the right timing if things go like last season?!!

Dancing With The Stars Brooke Burke-Charvet Attends Dior Luncheon (Photos)

Yesterday, Dancing With The Stars co-host Brooke Burke-Charvet was pictured leaving a Dior luncheon and wow, does she ever look beautiful. Her black sheer dress is amazing…and same with her matching bronze patent stilettos (not sure I’m digging the peach handbag though? Yes, I am picky. 🙂 ).
