Afterbuzz Reviews Dancing With The Stars Season 21 Week 1: Let Us Know If You Agree With Them?

DivaDarv, Jake Dupree, Julz Tocker, and Suri Serano of Afterbuzz reviewed Dancing With The Stars Season 21 Week 1. I’ve only seen the last 1/2 of the show, but, I sure agreed with what they said about Tony and Kim. Though, unlike Suri, I thought it was some of Tony’s fault for their dance too. I loved what they said about Bindi & Derek and Gary & Anna (I agree how Gary is the “Entertainer of the Season”). Let us know what you think…and of their elimination predictions at the end as well.

The Dancing Poetry Corner – The Hollywood Boulevard Rock

Welcome Back Everyone to The Dancing Poetry Corner! And to Season 21 of Dancing With The Stars! Wasn’t the Opening a spectacular showcase to open the season! It was like the show erupted in an other-worldly fashion! The energy was of the highest octane! Of course, it only mirrored The Best Entertainment Show on The Planet! Please join me for:

The Hollywood Boulevard Rock

The Opening had an air of electricity as bright as the lights of Hollywood Boulevard and the El Capitan Theater Marquee! An epic, mega-energetic, Guiness World Record-type of dancing extravaganza! A genius idea from the bowels deep within the minds of the Dancing With The Stars producers! Another feat of choreography from the amazingly creative Mandy Moore! She is a true mastermind behind these productions! It was a true explosion of dance! The introductions of the pros and their celebrity partners were cleverly designed!

The Opening was simply brilliant! A Wow Factor to the nth degree! It ended up led by Derek Hough through the magic of editing with the dancers on the Ballroom floor! Pretty cool effect to segue the two together! The dancers opened the premiere to thunderous applause. The grand opening of Season 21 continued the vibe of The Hollywood Boulevard Rock in the Ballroom! Swinging on a Season 21 Star, the season began!

Isn’t it thrilling to be back in the Ballroom for the 21st time! I have been there since Season 1, Show Number 1, every season, every show! No place I would rather be than in the company of this ABC juggernaut! My happy place! How about you? Please join me for: Read more..

Allison Holker Teaching Andy Grammer Leg Kicks For Dancing With The Stars

Andy Grammar has posted a new blog at She Knows. He writes that his hammies are tight as Dancing With The Stars partner Allison Holker is teaching him leg kicks for hours on end. He answers questions from fans too and reveals one of their dances. Read on and more at the link.

SK: What did fans not see backstage?

AG: Honestly, fans see everything! There are cameras in the mirrors. You literally see every little last thing.

SK: What’s one piece of advice Allison gave you this week?

AG: I mean it’s hard to pick one. Basically, she is giving me dancing advice for about six hours every day. She’s so wonderful, and one of the best dancers in the world, so taking advice from her isn’t too bad.

SK: What will we see from you next week?

AG: Next week, we are performing a Jive. I feel like it’s a little more my personality, super uptempo and upbeat. I feel like we are coming out swinging next week! #TeamAndison

Does Kim Zolciak Want To Quit Dancing With The Stars?

Not sure if any of this is true, but, Celebrity Laundry is reporting Kim Zolciak doesn’t want to take the stage again on Dancing With The Stars. Also, a lot of various sources are reporting she had a melt down with Delta Airlines on Monday night after the show. Celebrity Laundry is more of a tabloid source, but, I can’t help to wonder if this rumor about her wanting to quit isn’t true? Let us know what you think!

After Kim’s disastrous and embarrassing Dancing With The Stars performance, the reality TV star and NFL wife had a total meltdown at Delta Airlines. According to a report from TMZ, it all started with an issue with boarding passes, apparently the airline tried to put half of Kim’s family and entourage on another flight and the RHOA star was not having it. After her mortifying performance on Dancing With The Stars Kim took all of her frustrations out on the employees at Delta.

Sources close to Kim Zolciak reveal that the reality TV star is threatening to quit Dancing With The Stars – even though she is bound by contract, she does not want to take the stage again. An insider close to Kim dished to CDL, “Kim isn’t exactly used to not excelling. She doesn’t know how to handle not being the best at something. She has already threatened to quit Dancing With The Stars, and has asked her agent if there us any way to get her out of the contract. She was in tears after her embarrassing performance during the premiere – it’ll be a miracle if they get her back up on stage for night two.”
